This module in BRAIN lets you export the current summary, protocol, consent, and attachments from ESP1 (the IRB module in BRAIN) into a d t f D L D C C t PRMC idocument for Dan L Duncan Cancer Center PRMC review.

Anyone with read/write privileges can work on the protocol in thiemodule. Only the PI can hit “submit” when the protocol is ready to be y p yreviewed by PRMC.

****The protocol can NOT be edited in the PRMC module, only in the ESP1 (IRB module) If you have already received IRB approval and youESP1 (IRB module). If you have already received IRB approval and you make any changes to the summary, protocol, consent, or other documents during PRMC submission and review, you MUST submit the amended protocol to the IRB for approval.****

Type in H# or hit “list protocols” and select from list, then hit “go”

You can override this warning, but it means that pieces are missing from your BRAIN summary in ESP1pieces are missing from your BRAIN summary in ESP1 (the IRB part of BRAIN).

Click on “view protocol summary” if you want to be sure you uploaded the right BRAIN form

Name the attachment something descriptive

You may not have anything to attach‐ that’s ok!
