Introduction Each issue of the Library’s quarterly electronic publication under the title Bibliography

refers to an economic, financial and banking topic of current interest. The resources

listed in the Bibliography originate from the print and electronic collection of the

Library. The purpose of the publication is to create ready-reference subject research

tools which will be utilized by the researcher and every one interested in the topic of

each issue.

The topic of the 40th issue (July – September 2016) of the Bibliography is Privatization.

It is the second edition of the same topic published in issue 8 (2011). Besides the

bibliographic references from the Library’s print books, a selected list of electronic

journal articles and e-books are mentioned. They derive from the electronic platforms

the Library subscribes to. In the end, some Greek and foreign websites relevant to the

topic are presented.
