Clacton-on-Sea Golf Club is the ideal venue for all your business events, from a small
meeting for two people to a meeting for up to 50 people.

Wi-Fi connectivity is available in the private room which can also be equipped with
DVD/TV/Video player, projector, flipcharts, pens and a photocopying service.
A full catering service is available on request. Dress code applies if eating in the
main Clubhouse.
Clacton-on-Sea Golf Club is fully accessible for wheelchair users with several dedicated
disabled parking spaces for blue badge holders.

Our onsite caterer 19th Catering is able to provide a range of catering options to suit your
needs with menus to meet your individual tastes and preferences, whether your event is for
5 or 50 delegates.
Post meeting drinks can be arranged on request.

Hire Fees:
Hourly Rate: £25 + VAT
Day Rate: £150 + VAT
Evening Rate: £100 + VAT
Hire Periods:
The room is available for hire by the hour.
Day rate bookings are for an 8 hour period.
Evening rate bookings are for a 3 hour
period between 7pm and 10pm.
Train and Play Rate Available:
Room hire plus golf (price on request).
