What is Private Luxury Tours?
Our Luxury Private Tours are designed for the individual travellers who wish to tour Europe in style and luxury.
Our new Luxury Tour Brochure now offers the following category's of hotels:
Silver – First Class Hotels (4 Star) Gold – Deluxe Class Hotels (5 Star) Platinum – Superior Deluxe Hotels (5 Star SUPERIOR Deluxe)
In cities where the categories are not available the lower category will be provided and rates have been taken in our costings for the lower categories. It is mentioned in the hotel names already.
You can choose from some of our most popular ready made programs or we can tailor a program just to suit your specific requirements. Alternatively, when you tailor your own tour, you can begin and end your journey from any City you choose within Europe.
This is a very exclusive way of discovering Europe. You have the choice of touring in a Saloon Car for up to 2 pax or in a Multi Purpose Vehicle (MPV) for 3-8 Pax. Our Experienced Chauffeurs will take care of all your needs for the duration of the tour. All Sightseeing Tours are on a Private Basis and you will have an English Speaking Guide or any other language that you may require for all your Guided Tours.
Your Chauffeurs will offer you the greatest degree of flexibility as he/she will be able to accommodate your needs and changes to your schedule even on short notice.
All our vehicles are fully air-conditioned, constantly maintained and are of the highest standards. All Chauffeurs are fluent in English (some other languages also possible) and have extensive experience in touring knowledge of Europe.
Vehicles will be at your disposal from 0900hrs to 2000hrs daily. You may take regular stops and breaks at your leisure whenever or travel to places you would like to visit nearby.

Itinerary:
Day 1 Madrid
Meet and greet upon arrival at Madrid Airport. Transfer to your Hotel. Check into Hotel by 1400hrs. Rest of the day freeat leisure. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 2 Madrid – Seville
Breakfast at Hotel. In the morning you will embark on a Guided City Tour of Madrid. During the 2 hour tour, we will visitthe oldest districts in Madrid. Austrias, Plaza Mayor, Retiro Park, The Borbones Area. Here we will see the Royal Palace,Prado Museum, Cibeles fountain, Puerta de Alcalá and Isabel's. We will also visit some of the finest districts; Salamanca,Castellana and Ciudad Universitaria, Las Ventas Bull Ring and Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. In the afternoon we willproceed to Seville. Arrive and check into Hotel. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 3 Seville – Granada
Breakfast at Hotel. Here we will go on a Half Day Guided City Tour of Seville. Learn about Seville's 1920 Architectureand visit Plaza de Espana and the Cathedral, which is the third largest temple in the world. We will continue our tour byvisiting the Orange Tree Courtyard and the Giralda Tower which is the symbol of Seville. We will go from the Cathedral tothe Golden Tower where we will visit the City's Nautical History Exhibition. The tour will end at the Santa Cruz Quarter,known for its orange trees and flower filled courtyards. Later we proceed to Granada. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 4 Granada – Cordoba
Breakfast at Hotel. Experience a Full Day Guided City Tour of Granada. In this city, the Eurasian, Iberian, Phonetician,Roman, Arab and Christian cultures have left their imprint, making it one of the wonders of the world. It was Spain's lastIslamic Kingdom inhabited jointly by Muslims, Jews and Christians. The Alhambra is the main jewel of this beautiful city.Visit the Royal Palace, Alcazaba and the surrounding Palaces, gardens, patios and Towers. An outstanding feature arethe Gardens of Generalife (Entrance Included), which was the summer residence for the King. It is a combination ofwater springs, gardens and architecture of indescribable beauty. No surprise, it is considered one of the most beautifulgardens in the world. After the visit to the Alhambra (Entrance Included) there will be some free time for lunch (NotIncluded). Later, proceed to Cordoba. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 5 Cordoba – Madrid
Breakfast at Hotel. Embark on a Full Day Guided City Tour of Cordoba. We depart from Seville for the one and a halfhour drive to Cordoba. When arriving in Cordoba, walk along the wonderful gardens of the Alcazar of the Christian Kings,where we will also see the mosaics that decorate the rooms. We will then visit the Mosque, once the crowning symbol ofthe Caliphate and now a Cathedral. Continue with a walk through the Jewish quarter, the Old Market (now the handicraftmarket) and the Old Synagogue. Afterwards there will be free time for shopping. Later proceed to Madrid. Overnight atHotel.

Breakfast at Hotel. Day free at leisure until departure transfer to Airport.

The first being a one and a half hour drive in the City. Second is a BoatCruise down the Seine (Included), taking you back through 2000 years of Parisian history. Finally the third is anelevator ride up to the 2nd Floor of the Eiffel Tower (Entrance included), for a breathtaking panoramic view. Theexcursion will end at the Eiffel Tower. Later there will be time for shopping. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 3 Paris – Amsterdam
Breakfast at Hotel. Proceed to Amsterdam by vehicle en route enjoy the beautiful sights. Arrive and check into Hotel.Free at leisure. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 4 Amsterdam
Breakfast at Hotel. Today enjoy a Guided City Panoramic Tour of Amsterdam. Past and present, Trade and Leisure,Religion and coffee shops, diamonds and beer, all flourish together in splendid Amsterdam. On this extensive BusExcursion, we will show you the whole variety of impressions Amsterdam has to offer. From the Monuments in theCenter, you will be led to life in the latest Quarters, designed for the future, with a blink to the past. A picture stop at aWindmill and in the area of Modern Architecture is included. The Diamond Factory commemorates Amsterdam's wealthypast. Also included within the City tour is a Canal Cruise. Day 5 Amsterdam – Brussels – London
Breakfast at Hotel. Today morning we will proceed to Brussels before heading to London. A short Orientation Visit toBrussels City center where you have a chance today to see some important sights of Brussels like the RoyalPalace, Atomium and the Mannekin Pis. Later proceed to Brussels Midi Station to connect your Eurostar Train fromBrussels to Paris. (Standard Class Train Ticket Included). Meet and Greet upon arrival and transfer to Hotel. Arriveand check in at Hotel, the remainder of the day is at leisure or begin your exploration of England’s lively Capital.Overnight at Hotel.
Day 6 London
Breakfast at Hotel. Today you can experience a Half Day Guided Panoramic Tour of London. Featuring WestminsterAbbey founded over 1000 years ago. This was the burial place of Kings, Statesmen, Poets, Scientists, Warriors andMusicians. The Abbey has seen all 38 coronations since that of William the Conqueror on Christmas Day 1066, as wellas the funerals of Diana Princess of Wales and the Queen Mother. If a religious service prevents us from visiting insidethe Abbey we will visit the Cloisters and Chapter House. We will take a trip past the Houses of Parliament, DowningStreet; the official London residence of the British Prime Minister, as well as Horse Guards and Pall Mall. We alight nearthe Mall, then onward via St. James ’s Palace to Buckingham Palace or the Horse Guards Parade. Buckingham Palaceis the London residence of Her Majesty the Queen, where we hope to observe the changing of the Foot Guard.Alternatively we can view the changing of the household cavalry at the Horse Guards Palace. This is a chance for aunique, colourful public show and a great photo opportunity. Afternoon is free at leisure to shop in London. Overnight atHotel.

Located within Disneyland Paris (Europe’s most visited touristattraction), La Vallée Village forms part of a plan that includes the 63,000 square meter Val d’Europe shopping center.Host to Armani, Baccarat, Dolce & Gabbana, Givenchy and Jimmy Choo amongst others. La Vallée Village has over 95boutiques of French and international luxury brands. The Village sits in scenic countryside, with nearby attractions suchas Château de Ferrières, one-time country house of the Rothschild family, the palace of Fontainebleau and the Châteaude Vaux le Vicomte, which with Versailles is considered the most beautiful in France. Day 4 Paris – London
Breakfast at Hotel. Departure transfer to Paris Eurostar Station to connect to your Eurostar Train to London. (StandardClass Ticket Included). Arrive in London and you will be met upon arrival by your driver. Proceed to your hotel. Check inHotel (1400hrs). Then proceed for shopping at world famous Oxford Street or where your would like to shop. Overnightat Hotel.

Itinerary:
Day 1 Rome
Welcome to Rome! A glorious city rich in classical antiquities, medieval buildings, Renaissance Palaces and BaroqueChurches. Upon arrival at Rome Airport or Train Station, you will be met and transferred to your Hotel. Check into Hotelby 1400hrs. There is time for leisure to explore or relax. Perhaps spend some time in the boutiques of the Via delCorso or the elegant designer stores in the neighborhood of the Via Condotti. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 2 Rome - Florence
Breakfast at Hotel. You can today experience the Guided City Panoramic Tour of Rome. This tour introduces you tothe grandeur part of the City. Being one of the richest communities in the world, the independent Vatican State holdssuperb Vatican Museums which you will be able to visit. These include the Treasure House of the Catholic faith with vastcollections of ancient and Renaissance Art, gathered by Popes over the ages. Marvel at Raphael's brilliant work as youcontinue into the Sistine Chapel, glorious masterpieces of Michelangelo's frescoes. Now enter St Peter's Basilica, Observing Michelangelo's early ‘Pieta’ and Bernini's ‘Popes' Altar sited above the spot where St Peter is reputed to havebeen crucified. Cross the Tiber to hear tales of the glory of Ancient Rome as you view the Colosseum and overlook theForum. Later we proceed to Florence. Arrive and check into Hotel. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 3 Florence – Pisa – Venice
Breakfast at Hotel. Today you will embark on a Guided Walking Tour of Florence. This itinerary allows you to discoverthe origins of Florence and the reasons that made her the birthplace of the Renaissance. The tour which lasts about 2hours, is dedicated to all those who wish to learn more about the facts and secrets of over 2,000 years of FlorentineHistory. Visit the City of Dante, and view the magnificent works and Art from artists such as Leonardo Da Vinci,Michelangelo, and other important figures. We leave Piazza della Repubblica where we discuss the City's Romanorigins, then walk towards Palazzo Davanzati where we shall take an inside tour. Afterward we amble through some ofthe less crowded streets towards Ponte Vecchio and finally enter Piazza Signoria through the Uffizi Courtyard. From thismain Piazza and Civic Center our tour takes us past the Oratory of the Bonomini next to the House of Dante until wereach the City's religious center. The tour finishes with the Cathedral and the Baptistery of St. John. Later we proceed toPisa where we will see the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Later we will leave and move onto Venice where we travel by WaterBoat (Included) to the Hotel onto Venice Island and check into the Hotel. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 4 Venice
Breakfast at Hotel. Today you will take a Panoramic Walking Guided Tour of Venice. This interesting tour is centeredaround the history of St. Mark's Square and its main monuments. We will be visiting the St. Mark's Basilica with itsmarble and mosaics, and the Ducal Palace where the old Republic of Venice exercised their political and commercialpowers in the Doge Palace. Next we will cross the Bridge of Sighs arriving at the famous Venice Jail. Finishing off thetour is a chance to visit the glass factory on the island of Murano. (The visit to Murano is optional and not included inthe Walking Tour). The rest of the afternoon you are free to explore Venice. Afternoon is free at your leisure to exploreVenice. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 5 Venice – Verona – Milan
Breakfast at Hotel. You will proceed to the mainland by Water Taxi (Included) and meet your Vehicle where you will bedriven to Milan via Verona. Rest of the day is free at leisure. Check into Hotel. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 6 Milan
Breakfast at Hotel. A Milan Guided City Panoramic Tour will include a panoramic view of the city with your tour guide.Later there will be a one hour walking tour of Milan which will include a visit to The Duomo. Afternoon is free at leisure.Overnight at Hotel.

We leave Edinburgh behind we head towards Stirlingwith its ancient castle then stop for morning coffee stop at Kilmahog. Next it's Rob Roy Country and dramatic RannochMoor before arriving at the Weeping Glen – Glen Coe, the infamous site of the 1692 Massacre of the residentMacDonalds by Government troops of the Campbell Clan. After a short drive we arrive at Fort William which sits in theshadow of Ben Nevis, Britain's highest mountain. When we arrive in St. Andrews you have three hours at leisure to explore the town, from the ruins ofthe 13th Century Castle to Scotland's Oldest University. St. Andrews is renowned as the Home of Golf, with four coursesincluding the world famous Old Course and the British Golf Museum, which is well worth a visit. Day 1 Rome
Welcome to Rome! A glorious city rich in classical antiquities, medieval buildings, Renaissance Palaces and BaroqueChurches. Upon arrival at Rome Airport you will be met and transferred to your Hotel. Check into Hotel by 1400hrs. Restof the day you are free at your leisure to explore or relax. Day 2 Rome – Florence
Breakfast at Hotel. Take a Guided City Panoramic Tour of Rome. This tour introduces you to the grandeur part of theCity. Being one of the richest communities in the world, the independent Vatican State holds superb Vatican Museumswhich you will be able to visit. This includes the Treasure House of the Catholic faith with vast collections of ancient andRenaissance Art, gathered by Popes over the ages. Marvel at Raphael's brilliant work as you continue into the SistineChapel and glorious masterpieces of Michelangelo's frescoes. Day 3 Florence – Pisa – Venice
Breakfast at Hotel. Take a Guided Walking Tour of Florence. This itinerary allows you to discover the origins ofFlorence and the reasons that made her the birthplace of the Renaissance. The tour which lasts about 2 hours, isdedicated to all those who wish to learn more about the facts and secrets of over 2,000 years of Florentine History.These include the City of Dante, Leonardo Da Vinci, Michelangelo, and other important figures. We depart from Piazzadella Repubblica where we discuss the City's Roman origins and then walk towards nearby Palazzo Davanzati where wewill embark on an interior tour. Breakfast at Hotel. This morning proceed to Engleberg where you will take the Mt Titlis Tour. An adventure excursion tothe highest vantage point in Central Switzerland. A pleasant ride with our deluxe motor coach takes you to the mountainresort of Engelberg in Central Switzerland, where you will board the aerial cable way for a 45 minute journey from thegreen valley bottom to the high alpine glacier region at 3020 m/10000 ft which guarantees snow the whole year round.Enjoy a magnificent ride in the world's first ever revolving 'ROTAIR' gondola, which offers a 360° panoramic view into theAlps. Along the Ringstrasse we will show you numerous grandbuildings, such as The MAK, The State Opera House, the magnificent Museum of Fine Arts with its world famous arttreasures of The Habsburgs and The Natural History Museum. The cultural district the Museums Quartier, The Hofburg(the former Habsburg winter residence), The Parliament, the City Hall and The Burgtheater. Day 5 Wroclaw – Krakow
Breakfast at Hotel. Before leaving Wroclaw visit the enormous Raclawicka Panorama, a 120m long painting depictingthe famous Polish victory over the Russians in 1794. Then cross the southern farmlands to reach the magnificent 14thCentury Monastery at Czestochowa. This place of pilgrimage is the home of the world famous portrait of Our Lady, the'Black Madonna', thought to be painted by St. Luke. Continue the transfer to medieval Krakow. Day 6 Krakow
Breakfast at Hotel. Here you will undertake a Full Day Tour of Krakow. We will start first with the Tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum. Auschwitz-Birkenau is the most well known Cemetery in the world and place of genocide. Started in1940 as a concentration camp for Polish political prisoners it became the center. for extermination of European Jews in1942. From 1940-45 the Nazis killed about 1.5 million people there, mainly Jews as well as Polish, Gypsies, RussianPOW's and members of other nationalities. Your tour begins with a 15 minute black and white documentary filmscreening aboard the bus about the liberation of the camp. Following that, a museum guide will show you the exhibitionsin some of the surviving prison blocks, the gas chamber and the crematorium. After a short break, the tour continues toBirkenau, where you go up to the watchtower above the entrance gate to see the view of the biggest Nazi ConcentrationCamp. A Martyrdom Museum was set up here in 1947 and in 1979. UNESCO included Auschwitz-Birkenau in its list ofWorld Heritage sites. In the afternoon, we will have a Tour of Wieliczka Salt Mine. Legend has it that the salt mines inWieliczka were part of the dowry of the Hungarian Princess Kinga, when she wed Boleslaw the Shy over 700 years ago.Meaning the Wieliczka Salt Mine is one of the oldest in all of Europe. Over the centuries, devout and superstitious minershave carved fabulous figures, monuments and altarpieces out of its salt walls. These amazing works of art, in addition tothe mine's historical importance, have earned the Wieliczka Salt Mine a place on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritagelist. Your route through the mine leads you through galleries and chambers on three levels, from 64 to 135 meters belowthe ground, including the unique and richly ornamented Chapel of the Blessed Kinga. The guided walk through WieliczkaSalt Mine consists of 20 monumental chambers joined by 1.5 miles (2.5 kilometers) of pathways and an underground saltmining exhibition called Museum Zup Krakowskich located on Level 3. Visitors entering the Wieliczka Salt Mine descenda 380-step staircase to Level 1 (64 meters below ground level). This walk is not strenuous and can be undertaken inordinary footwear, however we ask you consider the walk and 380-step staircase when booking this tour. The return tothe surface will be by lift up the Danilowicz Shaft, from Level 3 (135 meters below ground level). The last stop in the mineis the souvenir shop and snack bar. From here, a lift carries you back to the surface. Overnight at Hotel.

We continue by Veneto Avenue to the Piazza diSpagna, the most famous square in Rome, and the Barcaccia fountain, (built by Bernini). Later on, we visit the Fontanadi Trevi, made by Nicola Salvi, and the Pantheon. An enormous building constructed by the Ancient Romans, admiredand studied by Michelangelo. Day 16 London
Breakfast at Hotel. Proceed for a Guided Panoramic City Tour of London. The tour begins with a drive past many ofLondon’s famous monuments like the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben and Downing Street, the official London residenceof the British Prime Minister. You will experience London's main attractions like Trafalgar Square with the statue of LordNelson, Pall Mall and much more. We will make a photo stop at Westminster Abbey. A magnificent Gothic building thathas been the site of every coronation since 1066 and is also the final resting place of many Kings and Queens ofEngland, as well as famous people including Sir Laurence Olivier, Charles Dickens and Sir Isaac Newton. Later weproceed to Buckingham Palace and the Changing of the Guard (if held). We alight at Buckingham Palace, to witness theQueen’s Foot Guard in their red tunics and bearskins marching to the accompaniment of a military band. A most colorfulspectacle. Rest of the day free at your own leisure. Overnight at Hotel.

What's Included in Tour Price
Hotel Accommodation: Prices per person are based on minimum 2 people traveling together. Breakfast will be Buffet in some hotels or table service in some hotels. .
All airport or train station or port transfers in every city will be on Private Basis.
All included train travel will be in Standard Class and air travel will be in Economy Class normally on Budget Carriers. ForAir travel on Budget Carriers only 1 Piece of checked in baggage of 15kg will be permitted on your flights. AdditionalBaggage or additional weight will be charged at the airport. Cruise will be based on Inside or Outside Cabins (2 to aCabin) as mentioned in the program.
All Sightseeing tours are on Private Basis with English Speaking Guide for Private Luxury Tours. Vehicle and Driver areavailable for use from 0900hrs to 2000hrs daily.
When booking triple rooms please note that the third bed is based on sharing the existing bedding (two beds) in a twin-bedded standard room or maybe a "roll-away" bed. Availability of triple rooms is limited. Substitute hotels may be used atcertain times and will be of similar standard whenever possible. Please note that single rooms in Europe may be smallerthan twin-bedded rooms.

What's Not Included in the Tour Price
Air fares to and from Europe, airport taxes, passport and visa fees, insurance, city taxes, laundry, phone calls,beverages, meals not detailed in the itinerary, tips to motor-coach drivers and local city guides, items of a personalnature, excess baggage, optional excursions.
Reservations and Payments
All reservations are to be booked in advance. In case any reservation is booked less than 30 days in advance.
All reservations once confirmed must be paid a deposit of 25% of the total tour fare within 3 days ofreservations if booked earlier than 45 days prior to arrival date.
Balance payment for the tour must be paid at least 45 days in prior to arrival date. In the event full payment isnot received 45 days prior arrival we reserve the right to charge a surcharge for additional train or airfares if anyin the reservations.
If reservations are done less than 45 days in advance than once reservations is confirmed we require full payment within3 days of reservations. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation charges should paymentsnot be received within the above specified periods.Any special meal requirements will be made on a REQUEST basis only. We cannot GUARANTEE special meal requestsnor will it assume any responsibility or liability if passengers' special meal requests are not fulfilled.
Travel Documents
Travel documents, including any air tickets and instructions for joining your tour in Europe will be sent to youapproximately 7 days prior to tour departure provided full payment has been received. If you're leaving home earlier, askyour Travel Agent to request travel documents in good time.

Cancellations, Refunds and Booking Changes
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing either by email or fax directly to us. A fee of Euro 50 per person will becharged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed unless the change increasesthe value of the booking. A change of tour date or tour itinerary within 21 days of tour departure will be treated as acancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply except when the change is to an earlier tour departure of equivalentor greater value in which case a Euro 30 per person amendment fee will be charged. The following scale of charges willapply when notice of cancellation is given after the booking is confirmed.

General Information and Conditions
Tour Prices: Are based on costs and exchange rates as at 6TH January 2017. Should these costs change, a surchargemay be made on the price of your tour. No surcharges in respect of cost or currency fluctuations will be made oncepayment for the deposit of your tour is received. This guarantee excludes fuel surcharges and does not apply to anytaxes, charges or levies imposed by any government or their agencies. In exchange for these guarantees, no refund willbe made if costs are reduced.
Itinerary Variations
ETM Global Limited In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary, we reservethe right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. Tour Cancellation: ETM Global Limited reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance withoperating requirements or circumstances beyond its control.ETM Global Limited is not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
Responsibility
ETM Global Limited referred to as the Operators, are the agents for ETM Global Limited we have empowered theOperators on its behalf to undertake the following duties:
The Operators shall be responsible to the passenger for supplying the services and accommodations described in thisprogram, except where such services cannot be supplied or the itinerary used is changed due to delays or other causesof whatever kind or nature beyond the control of the Operators. In such circumstances, the Operators will do their best tosupply comparable services, accommodations and itineraries and there shall be no refund in this connection.
This program represents the entire agreement between the passenger and the above mentioned Operators.
In the absence of their own negligence, neither the Operators nor their agents or co-operating organizations shall beresponsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution of equipment or any act or omission whatsoever byair carriers, hotels, transportation companies, or any other persons providing any of the services and accommodations topassengers including any results thereof, such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Norshall they be liable for injury, illness or death, or for any damages or claims whatsoever arising from loss, negligence ordelay from the act, error, or negligence of any person not their direct employee or under their exclusive control. Allbaggage and personal belongings are at all times at the passenger's own risk. Baggage Insurance is recommended. Thecarriers, hotels and other suppliers who provide services on tour are independent contractors; they are not agents,employees or servants of the Operators or their associated companies. The Operators are not responsible for anycriminal conduct by third parties.

Where the passenger occupies a motor coach seat fitted with a safety belt, neither the Operators nor their agents or co-operating organizations will be liable for any injury, illness or death or for any damages or claims whatsoever arising fromany accident or incident, if the safety belt is not being worn at the time of such accident or incident. Transportationcompanies, airlines etc. are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are noton board planes, transportation or conveyances. The passenger contracts in use by the airlines or transportationcompanies when used shall constitute the sole contract between the airline, transportation company and passenger orpurchaser of this tour and the Operators assume no responsibility in this connection. Enrollment in and payment for atour shall constitute agreement and acceptance by the passenger of the terms and conditions set forth in this programwhich cannot be varied except in writing by an officer of the Company. All matters arising are subject to English law.
