OUR RESTAURANTNestled in the heart of Auckland’s CBD, The Cut Restaurant is one of Auckland city’s hidden gems. And we’re not short on talent. Our chefs come from a range of continents, all bringing experience, creativity and their own unique flair to the kitchen. Together they create seasonal menus with dishes that combine textures, flavours & cooking techniques inspired by the fusion of traditional and new world cuisine. They work closely with our local suppliers who bring us ingredients which are sustainably sourced and unique to our part of the world. The end result is our version of New Zealand on a plate.
