Overview
This is an intensive two-day short course that
covers the fundamental principles of Agile,
including the SCRUM and Kanban frameworks.
We will give you the most important techniques
to manage projects and product development
using Agile practices. We use a blend of highly
interactive facilitated sessions and practical
team-based learning to ensure you can apply
what you learn immediately.

Who should attend?
If you are wanting to move into an Agile development
environment or if you are currently investigating
implementing Agile for your team or organisation,
this course will give you a clear understanding of the
Agile approach to delivering value. The workshop
will benefit Systems Development and IT Managers,
Technical Specialists, Business Managers, Business
Analysts, Project Managers and Product Owners.
Entry Requirements
There are no specific or strict entry requirements,
but we recommend that you have experience working
with systems development, project management or
business analysis processes.
Ideally, you need to be able to apply and practice the
skills learnt on the course to your own job to derive
the most value.

To gain an FTI Certificate of Attendance
