Accredited as a Certifica-tion body in accordance to S SH ISO 17021-1:2015, by General Directorate of Accreditation.

Application at EQSC

Contact EQSC and get application package (or download from www.eqsc-cert.com). Application form filled in and signed, together with all relevant documents shall be handed to EQSC.

Evaluation of application

EQSC evaluates if the Application form and respective documents.

If not correct the client has to provided the necessary information/documentation.

EQSC issues a financial offer to the client for the whole cycle of certification for three years.

Initial certification

Stage 1 Audit

EQSC informs client about the arrangements of the Stage 1 & 2 Audit.

Client has to pay the respective financial offer.

EQSC Lead auditor and auditing team performs Stage 1 Audit for the checking of the management system.

Initial certification

Stage 2 Audit

EQSC Lead auditor and auditing team performs Stage 2 Audit client's premises and finalizes the Audit report.

Client has to close all nonconformities at the due deadlines set by auditing team.

Client expresses interest in the Certification of its management system.

Initial certification

Stage 2 Audit

EQSC Lead auditor and auditing team performs Stage 2 Audit at the client's premises and finalizes the Audit report.

Client has to close all non-conformities at the due deadlines set by auditing

Initial certification

Certification decision/Certificate

EQSC certification personnel evaluates the Audit report and all non-conformities, corrective measures, etc. and takes the final certification decision.

If decision is positive, the Certificate of conformity it is issued to clients.

First and Second year of certification

Client settles the respective financial offer for each year.

EQSC Lead auditor and auditing team performs Audit at the client's premises and finalizes the Audit report, each year.

After each audit the certification personnel of EQSC takes the respective certification decision and conforms the validity of the issued certificate of the Initial certification.

Third year of certification

Re-certification Audit

EQSC issues a new financial offer for three years.

Client pays the financial offer before the audit on site.

EQSC Lead auditor and auditing team performs Audit at the client's premises, and the same steps as on the previous audits are followed.

After the audit the certification personnel of EQSC takes the respective certification decision and conforms the validity of the issued certificate of the Initial certification.
