    26 March 2012Dear Parents / Guardians

My warmest greetings to you. The new term has begun and I would like to take this opportunityto welcome all pupils and parents back to school for another term of enriching learningexperiences. Your child will be engaged in programmes and activities that will widen his/herscope of learning. It is our schools mission to develop every pupil into A Learner and ALeader. Thus, our main focus is to maximize all our pupils potential, both in the academic andco-curricular areas.

This term, our school will be focusing on preparing your child/ward for the upcoming Mid-YearExaminations. In my previous letter, I have shared with you information on the Habits of Mindlessons that we are equipping our pupils with. These are coupled with the necessary skills andcompetencies to help our pupils face challenges in life. One of the 7 Habits which we arefocusing on this term is Persistence. In line with this habit, we believe that it is of utmostimportance that your child/ward revises his/her work consistently and to persist despite anyobstacles they may face. We need your support especially in the area of character building foryour child/ward. Thus, as the school and national examinations draw near, I also urge you toclosely monitor your childs work and revision schedule so that he/she will be sufficientlyprepared for the examinations.

We hope to build strong partnerships with the parents in nurturing your child. We look forward toa meaningful collaboration with you.
