ACADEMICS
• EVALUTION OF CLASS TEST / TERM EXAMThe Formative Assessment for the new academic session commenced
on 13 Apr and 18 Apr 16 for the Primary and Senior School respectively.
• THE FORMATIVE – IAssessment concluded on 20 July 16, for Primary and Middle School, 11
Jul 16 for Cls IX & X, 29 Jul for Cl XI and 16 May, 16 for Cl XII.
Second round of Formative Weekly Tests for Primary Wing began on 26
Jul,16, for Middle / Secondary classes on 18 Jul, 16 and for Cls XI & XII
on 01 Aug and 11 July, 16 respectively.
• MONTHLY ASSIGNMENTS
With a view to recapitulate the lessons taught, assignments were
given to all the students for the month of Jul & Aug, 2016.
• TIME TABLE
Is being strictly adhered to.
• COACHING
Coaching in various Sports and Games is held regularly.
Regular Mass PT and Stretch Time for Primary and Senior school
students is being held as per the schedule.
• CENTRE FOR SCHOLASTIC INTEGRATION
Special efforts are being taken to integrate the students enrolled with
learning disability.
The session began with a review of all the diagnostic records of
children enrolled with CFSI. The parents of children with special
needs were guided to get a review and psychological
reassessment done for the purpose of registration in CFSI and
CBSE registrations for students of Classes IX and XII.
Regular behavior modification sessions were held for students of
Classes I-V for inculcating “Manners and Etiquettes.
Educational Assessment of Montessori children to identify
scholastic lags were done by Special Educator.
• PTM
PTM for Classes Mont-I to Cls XII was
held on 06 Aug 16 and the average
attendance of the parents was 90%
(approx.). The result of the F-I
Assessment is in the process of being
uploaded on the Parent Portal.
• CBSE RESULTS
The results of the AISSCE (Cl XII) and AISSE (Cl X) held in Mar 16
were declared in the month of May, 2016. Since then, a detailed
analysis of the result has been circulated to all members.
However, a brief report is reproduced hereunder for easy
reference.
CLASS XII
Out of the total 145, students who appeared, all 145 were placed in
the First Division.
• Harshita Goel (XII) topped the Humanities Stream with an
aggregate of 97% marks.
• Shreya Mittal (XII) topped the Science Stream with
an aggregate of 95.60% marks.
• Kunal Agarwal (XII) topped the Commerce Stream
with an aggregate of 95.40% marks.
THE SCHOOL AVERAGE WAS 83.94% IN COMPARISON TO THE AVERAGE OF 83%
FOR THE SESSION 2014-15.

GENERATION GLOBAL
AUSTRALIA-INDIA BRIDGE PARTNERSHIP PROJECT
In a futuristic attempt to bring the world to our classrooms, a virtual tour
of the National Museum of Australia was organized on May 03, 2016 (in the
school premises) in continuation of the Australia- India Bridge
Partnership Project.
Under the aegis of Robot Museum Education Program, the students of
class V got the opportunity to Tour (live) the Australian Museum along with
HM (Primary) and other teachers in attendance.
The session, assisted by Robert Bunzli, provided our students a succinct
and comprehensive insight into the history and culture of Australia using
Tele-presence Robots. The students were active and enthusiastic audience
throughout the session. It proved out to be an opportunity of international
exposure, interaction and experiential learning for them.
The virtual tour program is one step ahead in the BBPS' vision of making
its students first class world citizens by providing an international
dimension to their worldview.

INVESTITURE CEREMONY
Bal Bharati Public School, Noida, conducted its 14th Investiture Ceremony on 22nd July,
16 with solemnity and pride. Mr N P Singh, District Magistrate, Gautam Budh Nagar was
the Chief Guest on the occasion.
Mr Nikhil Channa, Chairman, BBPS, Noida also graced the occasion. Students from the
Primary, Secondary and Sr. Secondary marched in with their heads held high to don
the mantle of responsibilities as office bearers. The school President Lavanya Singh,
Head Boy Abhishek Chauhan and Head Girl Garima Aggarwal promised to lead the
school to new heights.
SCHOLAR BADGE AWARD FUNCTION
The School held its 14th Annual Scholar Badge/Blazer Ceremony on 06 Aug,
2016. The Chief Guest for the event was Mr Manoj Srivastava, Regional
Officer (Dehradun), CBSE.
Over 250 students from Classes IV – XI were given badges and certificates
for academic excellence.
Natasha Chauhan (VI), Tarun Ajay Singh (VII), Anushka Pandey (VIII) &
Srishti (VIII) were awarded PTA scholarship of Rs.5000/- each for their
meritorious achievements in scholastic areas.

In order to utilize the vacation time fruitfully following games and sports were organized
for students from 16 May to 17 Jun 16 excluding Sundays.

PHYSICAL FITNESS PROGRAMME
Education is incomplete without physical fitness awareness and training. The
increasing popularity of computers, video games and television makes the
children inactive in their life styles leading to life style diseases. Participation
in sports and other physical fitness activities have multifarious and long lasting
benefits on the health of the students. Bal Bharati, Noida takes pride in
providing a perfect set up for games and sports. The compulsory physical
fitness programme includes 50 m run, broad jump, push ups, bent knee sit ups,
4 x 10 shuttle run, 1 mile run etc. and is currently under assessment.
AdventureCamp
In order to incorporate an element of adventure and promote
experiential learning through team work, students from Cls IX to
XII visited Activity Centre at Solan, Himachal Pradesh.

Excursions
• On the 4th and 5th of May 2016, 375 students of classes III, IV and
V and 168 students of class I & II went on an exciting special
screening of the movie “The Jungle Book” at Wave Cinemas in
Noida.
• 380 students of Classes VI, VII & VIII along with Class
Teachers went to watch the movie “The Jungle Book” at PVR
Logix in Noida on 10 May, 2016.
MEDICAL REPORT
REPORTING MATTERS
The general discipline in the school has been satisfactory. No untoward incident either
among the students or the staff was reported.
DISCIPLINE
HOUSE KEEPING
Both the Safai Karamcharis as well as the agency workers are doing their work
satisfactorily.
Periodical Medical Check-up of the students of different Classes has been conducted as
per schedule.

(a) LABORATORYThe Labs are fully equipped with necessary material / apparatus. Practical classes in
Gen Science Lab (IV – VIII), Physics, Chemistry and Biology Labs (IX – XII) were
conducted on a regular basis as per the Time Table.
(b) LIBRARY
Total stock of books in two libraries put together is 21,739 an increase of 44 books
since the last report.
SCHOOL TRANSPORT
Presently 12 routes are operational, out of which 10 routes operate in and
around Noida and 01 each on Indrapuram/Ghaziabad and Delhi stretch. The
Supreme Court and STA guidelines are being followed.
Also, the school is gearing up to procure one more new school bus,
replacement of the Swaraj Mazda (12 year old bus), which was disposed off
in the month of February, 2016.
FINANCE
MEASURES FOR IMPROVEMENTAll the suggestions made from time to time are discussed and implemented to the best
of ability.
The financial health of the School is satisfactory.

PTA MEETING
The PTA Body of the school interacts on a regular basis and their
suggestions are received by the school from time to time. Through PTA
Funds, genuine and needy parents are in the process of shortlisting
assistance to pay the pending school dues.
Weekly Faculty Meetings with Class Representatives, House Wardens, Head
of the Departments and Staff Meetings (on monthly basis) are being held on
a regular basis. The records of all the meetings are minuted in the proper
Minutes Register as well as released on the teacher portal for reading
purposes.
MEETING WITH STAFF
I would like to put on record my deep sense of appreciation for the staff
who work selflessly and ensure that the school graph is on the rise. The
constant guidance from the Management plays a major role.
I would also like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Chairman,
Secretary and all erudite members of the Managing Committee for their
unstinting support as we travel the path of excellence which though full
of challenges is very fulfilling. A special thanks to our Chairman, SMC
for handing over the state-of-art Administrative block to the school.
I offer my sincere thanks for sparing your valuable time to attend the
