1. Introduction

1.1 About this Manual

This Manual provides the System Owner & Installer instructions to access their Prime System’s monitoring & configuration

features.

Please note that the registration of the monitoring MUST be set up for the Installer and the System Owner.

The registration process is the same for both the Installer and the System Owner, but this manual must be completed by

both the Installer and System Owner individually with their own email addresses.

EVO Power strongly recommend that the System Owner and Installer complete the registration process 1-7 days before

the Prime Installation.

All Prime Systems require an internet connection to comply with EVO Power’s warranty conditions.

To provide Internet access to your Prime System, you will need a hardwired LAN connection into the IsoBox OR the

System Owner purchases a 4G SIM Data Plan for the Prime System.

Note: the 4G SIM is preinstalled into the Prime System and EVO Power share the IMEI number for simple activation.

Due to privacy reasons, EVO Power requires the System Owner & Installer of the Prime System use their own email to

access the Selectronic monitoring software: select.live & SP LINK.

Foreword note:

If any of the following issues occur during the initial setup and connection to the Prime system, or during any other future

connection to the Prime system:

• No internet to select.live, SGD, IsoBox or Prime

• No power to select.live or SGD

• Unable to connect to SP PRO via SP LINK select.live connection

Then EVO Power recommend a direct USB cable connection to the SP PRO for troubleshooting.

EVO Power have provided a USB-A to USB-B cable with the Prime system to connect directly to the SP PRO.

Connect this USB cable to connect your computer via the USB-A port, and the other end to the SP PRO via the USB-B

port at the bottom of the SP PRO.

Continue through this manual to section 3.2.3, but select the “USB” connection type instead of the “select.live” option:

Press the “Connect” button and proceed through the monitoring & configuration steps in this manual as per normal.

3. Monitoring your Prime System with SP LINK Monitor

SP LINK Monitor is the software used by System Owners to monitor & control their Prime System. This is often used by

System Owners that may want to see more detailed data on the system and turn the Inverters and Generators on and

off remotely.

EVO Power recommend that the System Owner only uses SP LINK Monitor to monitor their system, not the full SP LINK

version that allows configuration.

Make sure your Prime System has an internet connection.

This can be checked by looking at your select.live LCD screen, and seeing that “Cloud: OK” is displayed.

If the Installer would like to re-configure the Prime System via SP LINK, please refer to section 4. “Configuring your Prime

System with SP LINK.”

Failure to refer to section 4. “Configuring your Prime System with SP LINK.” before re-configuring the system may affect

your Prime System warranty as there is important battery related settings that should not be changed.
