Patient-derived three-dimensional culture (PD3D™) cells are derived directly from living tissue, maintain physiological relevance
and fi nd increasing use in life science research and pharmaceutical drug discovery. Compared to immortalized cell lines, primary
cells can be fi nicky and present challenges during culture that require proper care and training. In business since 2014, we
have perfected the isolation, purifi cation, subculture and growth of human and animal primary cells.
Our PD3D™ culture systems as disease-specifi c drug sensitivity models connect compound screening and clinical trials.
CPO provides the implementation of complex cell-based assay systems in drug discovery as a robust and automated scree-
ning platform in 384-well format. After assay optimization, the patient-derived organoid platform passes all relevant validation

Cell IsolatIon – We isolate, expand, freeze, and charac-
terize the cells from tissues you provide, or we can acquire
the tissue exclusively for you. We will provide you with
cryovials, complete documentation, characterization and
pathogen testing.
Cell assays – Our team will conduct custom screening
assays and provide a range of histochemical and molecular
test results on cell cultures.
Pre-sCreened Cells – Cell signaling pathway strength
varies among donors, requiring resources to screen cells for
