INFINITI Touring Assistance***

INFINITI Touring Assistance*** is designed to offer you the ultimate convenience and peace of mind while travelling. On the rare occasion that you may require assistance, our Mobility Specialists will be on hand to ensure that you receive a personalised service and your car is handled by experts no matter where you are, day or night. You don’t even need to be travelling in your INFINITI vehicle.

Warranty – a promise built on trust***

Every INFINITI leaves our factory with a guarantee of quality: full coverage for 3 years/60,000 miles (whichever is the sooner), 12 years cover for perforation by corrosion, 3 years cover for paint defects. On the Q50 Hybrid engine, the Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) parts have an extended warranty: 5 years/60,000 miles coverage for Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) parts only.
