Explanations to Price List D (additional services):
In general: In case of short-term orders with a notice of less than 7 days, a surcharge of 15 % will be applied to personnel services. Provision of security personnel cannot be dis-
pensed with. The assignment of medical and fi re safety personnel is at the discretion of Düsseldorf Congress Sport & Event. Additional services are invoiced accor-
ding to their respective nature and scale. Basis for the cost calculation are the price lists valid at the time of the event. Prices are subject to Value Added Tax.
