Valo warrants its products to be free from defects in material andworkmanshipforaperiodof10years,aslongastheoriginalcustomerownsandusestheproductundernormalsingle-shiftofficeconditions.If a product is defective, and if written notice of the defect is giventoValowithintheapplicablewarrantyperiod,Valo,atitsoption,willreplacethedefectivecomponentorproductwithacomparablecom-ponentorproduct.The10-yearwarrantyappliestoallproductsandpartsexceptasnotedbelow: Items WarrantyPeriod Foam,Valofabricsandother 3years UpholsterymaterialsThiswarrantydoesnotapply todefects fromnormalwearandtear,accidents,negligence,abuse,shipment,handling,storageorenviron-mentalconditionsnordoesitapplytoCustomer’sOwnMaterials.Thiswarrantydoesnotapplytothelabortomakegoodthedefectinanymanor.DefectiveproductmustbereturnedtoValo,attheirrequest.Anymodificationstoourproductsmadebythepurchaser,purchaser’semployeesoragents,voidsthiswarranty.Thiswarrantyextendstoallproduct which are used for normal office purposes and single-shiftservice.Allclaimsunderthiswarrantymustbemadebytheoriginalpurchaserwithin30daysofallegeddefect.Thiswarrantyisthecus-tomer’ssoleremedyforproductdefect.Nootherexpressedorimpliedwarranty is provided. Valo is not responsible for any consequential,economicorincidentaldamagesarisingfromanyproductdefect.
