MANAGEMENT BOARD

In 2002–2015, Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of OT Logistics S.A. Considerable professional experience in finance and management gained at major international companies. He is a graduate of Université Paris-Dauphine (Doctor of Economics).

At OT Logistics he is responsible for strategic planning and development of the Group.

dr Piotr Ambrozowicz, Vice President of the Management Board

Broad competence and experience in goodwill development and increase, reorganization, acquisition, company financing, as well as international team management. Experience in management and finance at international companies.

At OT Logistics he is responsible for financial activities and development of the Group.

Andrzej Klimek, Vice President of the Management Board

He has several years of managerial experience in production and logistics management. He is also a lecturer at Technological University of Poznań and the Banking School in Poznan.

Since 1 th July 20107 at OT Logistics S.A., he is responsible for coordination of operational activities of the Group and sales activities in Poland.

Radosław Krawczyk, Vice President of the Management Board

He has more than ten years professional experience in managing the finance of companies, and specifically in: financial liquidity, controlling, financial risk, insurance and credit policy, debt collection, funding, financial and operational restructuring, cooperation with banks and investors.

Since 29 th September 2017 at OT Logistics S.A., he is responsible for the controlling and consolidation areas of the Capital Group as well as purchasing, IT and administration and also supervise the operation of the Common Services Centre.
