What a great thought and awareness that you have explained to us. Yes

" Investment in the Transformation" is the need of the hour. Not because of this rape

incident , in general ,quality of people is deteriorating . People now invest in three things .

(a) dogmatic arguments (b) Muscle Power.(c) Expertise to shift the blame on to others.

Sadguruji did not equate.This exactly is the problem. People should

understand with right perception. Sadguruji described how a Girl / Lady is made a

commodity.When you do shopping all you do is if you like a commodity buy it. The

commodity what you purchase has no mind of its own otherwise it will decide

whether you should be allowed to buy it or not. So you see a commodity in the

shop, like it and buy it.Similarly when the hooligans saw the girl on the fateful night

they decided to buy her meaning use her and used her and thrown her ( killed her)

like you buy a Coke use and throw pack. This exactly what had happened to the

girl.

As much as the issue needs to be highlighted one needs to be careful about the

sensationalism done by Media. I remember few years back the same national media

houses used to give the victim's details in the news and also publish it as the main news

headlines. Now after repeated comments from bloggers over the years they have

evolved and matured to conceal the identity of the victim. I'm still appalled by the number

of advertisements when covering this issue. All the income from the sensational news

coverage should be donated to help future rape victims.

Whatever Sadhguru says is good as long term solution. But as we debate this issue

somebody out there is having a bad deal. We can only pray for those victims whose

cause is not getting attention of everybody.

Sadhguru, you failed to address one of the root causes. The dwindling sex ratios

in the sates where rapes are prominent.. a state like haryana has a sex ratio in the 700s..

What will happen to those men who will not be able to marry or have a relationship? (it is

not that other states have better sex ratio). How can such a society survive over the long

run? By the design of it, every society will have more females than males (1020 to 1000).

In our past atleast 10% of men became sanyasis.. which mean that marrying a women

will not be as difficult as it is today.

Why Sex ratio has reduced?Isn't it because parents consider girls as a

burden.

sadhguru has addressed the same i.e girls are treated as commodity.
