OUR ACHIEVEMENTS – QUALITY

• A significant increase in quality

• Average 70% of points scored

compared to only 60% and 65% in

2008 and 2007

• Average points for 2010 equal to

2009 but involved more projects. 79

• Significant increase in numbers of contractors with ISO 9001 Certification

• 1934 ISO Certified contractors compared to 145 in 2004

• Although significant, still small compared to total registered contractors; 3%

from total registered

OUR ACHIEVEMENTS – SAFETY

• Number of reported accidents for

construction has been significantly

reduced

• Only 113 reported cases compared to

115 cases in 2009, 129 cases in 2008 and

181 cases in 2007

• A reduction of 37% cases from 2007

to 2010

• As a result of instilling safety

awareness among construction

workforce
