PRESENTATION

- Plastic box 250x200x110 mm in grey ABS RAL7035 and transparent lid in polycarbonate with window.- Contactor and motor protector of the selected trademark.- Programable timer switch with power backup for the automatic motor control.- Automatic (AUT), manual or OFF (0), controlled by a 3 position switch with protective capsule.- Protection against short-circuits and over-charges through motor protector.- Indication of motor ON (green signal lamp on de MCS-11 module).- Indication of motor protector OFF (red signal lamp on de MCS-11 module).- Indication of control box in automatic functioning (yellow signal lamp on de MCS-11 module).- Connection for salt controler.- Connection for PH controler.- Connection for projector transformer.- 4 Cable glands, for connection cables.

OPERATION MODE

After effectuating all the connections correctly, the motor protector should be regulated in accordance to the In’s of the motor. The Control box must present all its signal lamps OFF except the red signal lamp until de motor protector turns ON and the command control switch is turned in to the automatic position (AUT), time when the yellow LED of the signalling module turns ON.In the automatic functioning position (AUT) the pump turns ON (green LED on the signaling module) in the programmed period of time.With the command circuit switch turned to the manual position, the pump starts independently of the programming on the time switch.The trip of the motor protector due to overcharge (red LED on the signaling module) turns OFF the pump, independently of the state of any of the controls. Every time the pump turns ON the SALT and PH controllers are also activated simultaneously (if their mini circuit-breaker is also activated).The projector turns ON every time its mini-circuit-breaker is activated.

APPLICATIONS

Control and protection of pumps used in swimming pool’s water circulation systems.

- 250x200x140 mm ABS plastic box with hinges and transparent polycarbonate lid.- Contactor and overload relay of the requested trademarks.- Protection against lack of water by a level relay .- Automatic (AUT), Manual or Off (0) mode system controlled by a 3 positions toggle switch with rubber cap.- Start/Stop remote control connection (P11-P12) (pressure-switch, float-switch or other).- Protection against short-circuits by a circuit breaker.- Protection against overloads by an overload relay.- Lack of water indication (red LED on the level relay).- Automatic mode system indication (yellow signal lamp).- Running motor indication (green signal lamp).- Overload trip indication (red signal lamp).- 4 cable glands for connection cables.

OPERATION MODE

After effectuating correctly all the connections, the overload relay must be adjusted according to the motor’s nominal intensity. The control box will maintain all the signaling OFF till the toggle switch is switched over the automatic mode (AUT), turning ON the yellow signal lamp.If the start/stop control (P11-P12) closes, the level relay turns ON (yellow LED on the level relay), and makes the reading of the water level through the level probes (in the well, artesian hole, deposit, etc). If water is above the maximum level probe, the level relay indicates ON (green LED in the level relay) and the pump turns ON (green signal lamp), turning OFF if the start/stop control reopens or if the water comes down beyond the minimum level probe (red LED on the level relay).When the toggle switch of the control circuit is switched over the manual mode (�), the pump turns ON, independently of the state of the start/stop control (P11-P12).The trip of the overload relay due to an overload (red signal lamp) turns OFF the pump, independently of the state of the other controls.

Control and protection of water pumps used on pressurized water supply and irrigation systems, through water extraction in wells, artesian holes or other reservoirs
