A Philosophy, a way of life

There are certain places we never leave without regret

The Saint Roch is one of those rare places, where attention has been accorded to each detail,

so that every guest finds something that makes them feel at home, or never want to go home

The contemporary dcor is rounded at the edges; the lighting is subdued and appeasing, creating

an exceptional space for recharging your batteries in exclusivity.

Relaxed luxury is the defining term for our style of hospitality, and our art de vivre is pure

    Courchevel.

Eric Tournier is the daring master behind this one-of-a-kind project, scrawling his signature

across his newest establishment in Courchevel. Born and raised in Courchevel, amongst a large

family of hoteliers, he has conceived and composed a series of unique hotels, where gastronomy,

dcor and ambiance play out in harmony. He currently heads a dozen restaurants and 3 hotels

in Courchevel, continually developing his group of establishments to adhere to his unique

philosophy of hospitality. Nolle Bonnemaison, Erics wife, undertook singlehandedly

the monumental project of interior design at the Saint Roch: veritable proof of her desire to

share her taste and lifestyle. Her modus operandi: make the mountains modern.
