Founded in 1999 and based just north of Houston in New Caney, Texas, Presidential Billiards draws on more than half a century of manufacturing experience of Zimbabwe-based Wilson International. D E A L E R R E Q U I R E M E N T SWe require dealers to display a range of our pool tables and game room furniture in each of their stores and on their company website to qualify as an authorized dealer. Annual wholesale sales volume of $75,000 is required to be listed as an authorized dealer. Presidential Billiards will not drop ship into an authorized dealer’s territory.

S H I P P I N GAll orders are palletized and tendered to the freight company in good condition. All pallets are photo-graphed prior to being shrink wrapped and loaded on the truck. Orders are shipped F.O.B our New Caney, TX warehouse. Freight quotes with multiple carriers are done prior to the order shipping and the least expensive is selected, unless you specify which company you wish to ship with.

R E C E I P T O F P R O D U C TDealers are required to open and inspect the product on arrival. If the shipment appears to be damaged the dealer must indicate this on the bill of lading and take photographs of the pallets prior to disassembling them. Please be aware that there may be hidden damage as a result of shock and stress. If this is not done, then any replacement parts will be at the expense of the dealer. If at all possible, please do not refuse the shipment when the product arrives damaged as it often looks worse than it is. It is easier to replace components than to replace a full shipment when time is an issue. If there is freight damage to the product then photographs of the damaged components must accompany the request for replacement parts. We recommend that the replacement parts ship out with another order to minimize further freight damage.

S H O R T A G E SPlease verify the quantity of boxes received equals the quantity of boxes according to your packing list. If there is a discrepancy, please notify us immediately.

D R O P - S H I P M E N T SPresidential Billiards will not drop ship into another dealers’ territory. We will only drop ship if we do not have a stocking dealer in the area. All drop shipments will incur a 7% (minimum $50) handling charge.

T E R M SUpon approval of credit, our terms are 30 days Net, prompt. No orders will be shipped if any invoic-es are showing past due.

M E T H O D O F PAY M E N TWe accept a company check, wire transfer or credit card. If paying with credit card, then no other payment-related discounts will qualify.

I N T E R N E T P O L I C Y & P R I C I N GPricing of our products on the dealers’ web site is authorized provided the prices are not listed be-low the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP). The MAP pricing is to establish price integrity, we under-stand that honest errors in pricing may occur, but we do have the right to suspend shipping orders until the errors are corrected.

L I M I T E D WA R R A N T YThis warranty is extended by Presidential Billiards to the original owner or purchaser (proof of pur-chase may be required) of products manufactured by Presidential Billiards. Your warranty becomes effective automatically upon purchase and installation from an authorized Presidential Billiards Dealer. It is non-transferable and valid on products which are maintained with usual care and used in ordinary residential use only.

P O O L T A B L E SPresidential Billiards warrants each pool table (excluding cloth and pockets) against defects in material or workmanship (aside from normal wear and tear) for the life of the table with the original purchaser. Presidential Billiards will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any or all parts proved to be defective. All warranty claims must be made through an authorized Presidential Billiards, L.P., dealer or agent. Repair or replacement of defective items will constitute complete fulfillment of this warranty.

This lifetime warranty is subject to the conditions and limitations set below:• The lifetime warranty is void if the product is not installed or serviced by an authorized dealer.• Any claim under this Lifetime Warranty must be made through an authorized dealer.• The warranty is not transferable and only applies to the initial purchaser of the product.• This warranty does not apply to tables sold or used for commercial purposes.• This warranty does not cover any labor costs. Labor costs to dismantle, crate, uncrate or reinstall any defective parts will be at the customers expense.• This warranty does not cover freight charges for defective parts to be returned to Presidential Billiards. If the parts are determined to be defective, they will be repaired or replaced by Presidential Billiards and the freight charges to return the parts to the customer will be paid by Presidential Billiards.• Any damage must be proven to Presidential Billiards’ satisfaction to be due solely to a defect in workmanship or material. Any damage caused by carelessness, improper treatment or failure to care for the table in accordance with standard procedures, including a failure to maintain proper environmental conditions, alteration, misuse, abuse, flood, fire or any other natural calamity is excluded from coverage under this warranty.

G A M E R O O M F U R N I T U R EPresidential Billiards warrants the furniture will be free from defects for one (1) year from date of original purchase by the original buyer.

S H U F F L E B O A R D T A B L E SPresidential Billiards warrants the Shuffleboard playfield for one (1) year from date of purchase, and our cabinet and legs against defects in material and workmanship for five (5) years as long as the table is owned by the original owner.

A I R H O C K E Y & F O O S B A L LPresidential Billiards warrants that our Foosball and Air Hockey tables will be free from defects for one (1) year from date of original purchase by the original buyer.


T A B L E T E N N I S G A M E T A B L E S & T A B L E T E N N I S C O N V E R S I O N T O PPresidential Billiards, L.P., warrants that our Table Tennis Game Table, Table Tennis Conversion Tops and Table Tennis Accessories will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from date of original purchase by the original buyer.

C U E S & C U E C A S E SPresidential Billiards, L.P. warrants that our Cues and Cue Cases will be free from defects for one (1) year from date of original purchase by the original buyer.

B I L L I A R D L I G H T SPresidential Billiards, L.P. warrants that our Billiard Lights will be free from defects for ninety (90) days from date of original purchase by the original buyer.

This Warranty does not apply to floor models. The Lifetime or Limited Warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alterations, misuse, abuse, flood, fire, earthquake or any other nat-ural calamity. Due to the products being made from solid wood and hardwood veneers our warranty does not cover some parts from warping, splitting, shrinking, sticking, season splits, or cracking as these are influenced by external environment out of our control including temperature and humid-ity. To minimize these conditions, we strongly recommend that the environment around the wood products be kept at a relative humidity of 25% - 35% year-round. This warranty does not cover any natural effects in the wood such as graining or color variations.

This warranty is in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied, including the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness or usage for a particular purpose. Presidential Billiards has not assumed or authorized any other person to assume for it any other liability or warranty in connection with the product. This warranty is subject to change at any time.
