Onbehalf of the committee and staff, I invite you tojoin us as we celebrate the 50th year of our event.

TheWimmera Machinery Field Days is Western Victoria’s premierannual broadacre event attracting exhibitors from all states of Australiaand thousands of patrons from all over Victoria, Southern NSW and theSouth East of South Australia.

As the first broadacre Field Days of the calendar year theWMFD isuniquely positioned between harvest and the new cropping season. It istraditionally this time of the year that farmers are planning equipmentpurchases or looking at ways in which they can improve efficiencies andrefine their farming techniques and businesses.

TheWMFD has a proud tradition of providing access to the best andlatest products and services across a diverse range of farming industries.It gives the opportunity for exhibitors to interact with thousands ofeager customers, both existing and new, in a face-to-face socialatmosphere. The event caters not just for farmers but also farming andregional families and the committee has strived to develop a programof events and attractions that is attractive to all patrons.

We are constantly developing our infrastructure and as such, ourpurpose built site boasts many options for exhibitors. Our modernindoor pavilions are all air-conditioned and we also offer poweredexternal sites giving exhibitors their preferred setting for presentingtheir business.

what are theWimmera Machinery Field Days?TheWimmera Machinery Field Days is an iconic three day event on the ruralAustralian calendar. A regional volunteer committee has managed the non-profit event, theWimmera-Mallee’s largest annual community gathering,since 1963.

Each year the Field Days aims to introduce popular attractions and special exhibits to the event for both entertainmentand promotion purposes. In the past few years, we have seen the popular Super Tank Australian travelling fishing show,Shannon’s Super Rig, Snake-handling shows, V8 Supercar Simulators, celebrities, music and entertainment. 1. The Exhibitor shall at all times exercise all necessary precautions for the safetyof the public, employees and others appropriate to the nature of the exhibitsite/ demonstration and the conditions under which the event is conducted,and shall comply with all statutory requirements and such directions as theManager (or nominated person) from the Field Days may give from time totime.

2. Not withstanding any directions or approvals given by the Manager (ornominated person) the Exhibitor shall at all times be held responsible for thesafety of all persons engaged in the operation of an exhibitsite/demonstration.

3. The Exhibitor shall promptly report to the Manager (or nominated person), allaccidents involving death, personal injury, and all incidents with accidentpotential such as equipment, structural or infrastructure failure and the like. Ifrequested by the Manager (or nominated person), a written report shall beprovided in the form directed.

4. The Exhibitor shall prepare and implement a site specific Safety ManagementPlan. This plan will demonstrate how the Exhibitor will comply with the OH&SAct and associated Acts and Regulations. As a minimum the plan will detail:

4.1. Safety management responsibilities within the Exhibitor’s organisation whichdetails the names, positions or persons responsible for the following aspects:

4.2. Keeping up to date with relevant OH&S Regulations, Codes of Practices, andthe communication of their relevance within the Exhibitors organisations, i.e.crane operators, forklift drivers.

4.3. Identification and evaluation of site specific OH&S hazards.4.4. Ensuring the continued operating safety of all equipment, plant and materials

used on site.4.5. Procuring, training, enforcement of their use and the monitoring of the

condition of all related equipment.4.6. The management of on site work methods, the warning of hazards and the

implementation of accident and emergency procedures.4.7. The protection of the public on and near the site.4.8. The assessment and monitoring of sub-contractors.4.9. The identification of the site related OH&S hazards and for each hazard, the

submission of a detailed Job Safety Analysis (JSA) (incorporating operationalprocedures) designed to manage the associated hazards.

Before submitting a Site Application form,Exhibitors are requested to carefully readthe General Conditions outlined on page 19of this Prospectus.1. ALLOCATIONOF TRADE SITES

Previous years’ exhibitors have first optionon their sites provided they have submitteda Site Booking Request form, SiteApplication form, Site Safety Plan and fullpayment by 25 November 2011.

Unsuccessful or late applications will beplaced on a waiting list and applicationswill be considered if sites become available.

To ensure we maintain our high qualityand range of exhibits, the WimmeraMachinery Field Days reserves the right toaccept or reject any application and thedecision shall remain final.

2. APPLYING FOR A SITE

Site applications with full payment arerequired by Friday 25 November 2011.Applications will NOT be processed unlessthey are accompanied with full and correctpayment along with a completed andsigned Exhibitors Site Safety Plan.

Exhibitors will be advised after this date oftheir acceptance. Application forms arerequired to be submitted by post. Scannedor faxed copies are only accepted if legibleand payment clearly indicated.

3. LATE APPLICATIONS

Applications received after Friday 25November 2011 may incur additional sitecharges. Please refer to the Site Fees page10 for further information.

4. REFUNDS & CANCELLATION FEES

A refund, less a 10% administration fee willbe made for cancellations made prior to 1January 2012, after which no refund will beapplicable. Cancellations must be confirmedin writing, addressed to the Manager of theWimmera Machinery Field Days.

5. SITE SHARING

Exhibiting companies are expected topromote just their own products andbusiness from their site. Where a siteholder has one or more companies andproducts and one or more differentcompany representatives present on theirsite that are not part of their business ortrading independently a site sharing fee of$150 (GST Inc) must be paid to the WMFDfor each company or representative sharingthe site.

This will:

(a) Cover the company under our PublicRisk Insurance Policy.

(Refer to Public Risk Insurance).

(b) List the company in the OfficialProgram, including the product listingsand site location

(c) List the company on our website.

(d) Provide information to the public.

(e) Enable Site Share Exhibitors to purchasetheir own Exhibitor passes.

6. COUNTRY LIFESTYLE SITES

A limited number of Country Lifestyle sitesare available in the Country LifestyleOutdoor Square and County LifestyleMarquee. Restrictions may be applied toexhibitors requesting multiple sites.

7. COUNTRY GOURMET PAVILION(Regional Food &Wine)

A limited number of sites are available inthe Country Gourmet Pavilion Restrictionsmay be applied to exhibitors requestingmultiple sites depending on demand andfinal floor plan.

Liquor sales - exhibitors selling liquor(unopened) and tastings must obtain aliquor license from Liquor Licensing Victoria(Dept of Justice). Application details can befound on their website,www.liquor.vic.gov.au. The applicationsshould be lodged at minimum 30 daysprior to the event. All staff serving liquorare required to have a current ResponsibleServing of Alcohol certificate on displayand all other required signage. Foodpermits from Horsham Rural City Councilmay be required.

8. PRODUCT LISTINGS

A listing of exhibitors products and serviceswill be included in the Field Days OfficialProgram.

The Product Listing section on Page 12must be completed to ensure inclusion.Please circle a maximum of eight (8)categories and return this form.

9. NEW PRODUCT RELEASES

New Product Releases will be published inthe Field Days Official Program and alsoprovided to Media Outlets in the lead up tothe field days, who may use thisinformation to publish feature articles.

Exhibitors must complete the New ProductRelease Form on page 12 and return withthe Site Application to be listed.

NOTE: To qualify as a New Product Release,the product must have been released ontothe market after the previous yearsWimmera Machinery Field Days.

10.EXHIBITOR SITE SET UP

Sites must be set up by 6.00pm Monday 5March 2012. Gates will be locked at6.00pm.

Local exhibitors are requested to set uptheir sites prior to Sunday 4 March 2012 toavoid congestion on the final set-up daywhich is extremely busy.

11. PUBLIC OPENING TIMES

The site will be open to the general publicfrom 8.00am to 5.00pm daily from 6-8March 2012. The Exhibitor Gates will openat 7.00am on these days. Any exhibitorrequiring access to the site before 7.00amon the above stated days must make priorarrangements with the Field Days Manager.

12. SITE SECURITY

Overnight site security will be in place from6.00pm-7.00am beginning Thursday 1March 2012 and finishing Friday 9 March2012. The site will be closed to exhibitorsand the public during these times.

Outside of these times, security ofindividual sites is the full responsibility ofthe Exhibitor.

No overnight camping or after hourspresence of Exhibitors, contractors orsuppliers on the Field Days site andadjoining car parks is permitted.

13. UNLOADING FACILITIES– CRANE & FORK LIFTS

Cranes, telehandlers, fork lifts and a tractor(for towing & unfolding) will be providedby the Field Days committee approvedcontractor and will be available for thefollowing periods:

Thursday 1 March – Monday 5 March8.00am-6.00pm

Thursday 8 March 5.00pm-7.00pm

Friday 9 March 8.00am-5.00pm

Saturday 10 March 8.00am-2.00pm

NOTE: Lifting machinery will NOT beavailable for assembling equipment onMonday 5 March 2012

14.EXHIBITOR COURIER SERVICE

INWARDS: An Exhibitor courier service willoperate from opposite Gate 1 from9.00am-5.00pm daily during the field days.This service is available to transport itemsto Exhibitor Sites free of charge. Items mustbe under 50kg. Sites requiring restockingbetween 9.00am-5.00pm during the fielddays are encouraged to use the ExhibitorCourier Service as exhibitor vehicles are notpermitted entry.

OUTWARDS: A courier service is providedto transport heavier items sold to patronsfrom Exhibitor sites during the field days tothe Courier Pick Up Depot for patrons tocollect. This is located on the southernboundary between Gate 2 & 3 of the site.Exhibitors wishing to utilise this servicemust collect Delivery Docket books fromthe Management Office. Items are requiredto be under 50kg.

15.REMOVALOF EXHIBITS

Exhibitors are reminded sites MUST BEoperational until 5.00pm on the final dayof the field days (Thursday 8 March).Vehicles will NOT be permitted onto thesite until after 5.00pm on this day unless adecision from the WMFD committee allowsearlier access. Exhibits left after March 312012 may be charged a storage fee of $100per item per week or part thereof, unlessotherwise arranged with Field Daysmanagement. Please refer to Condition 8of the General Conditions for furtherinformation.

16. EXHIBITOR ADMISSION PASSES

Exhibitor Admission Passes can bepurchased by completing the ExhibitorAdmission Pass section on the SiteApplication form. Passes are $25 each andallow one exhibitor unlimited entry intothe field days over the three (3) days.

NOTE: Exhibitor Admission Passes are notincluded in the Site Fees and must bepresented to gain access to the field dayssite daily during March 6-8. Failure toproduce a pass will result in the exhibitorbeing charged the normal dailyadmittance fee of $18.

Additional Exhibitor Admission Passesmay be purchased from the Field DaysOffice prior to the commencement of theField Days.

17. GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS

General Admission tickets can bepurchased by completing the AdmissionTickets section on the Site Applicationform. Admission tickets are $18 each, theyare valid for one day only, and non-transferable. Additional tickets can bepurchased from the Field Days Officeprior to the commencement of the FieldDays.

Complimentary Passes: For exhibitorswishing to distribute general admissiontickets to clients and customers, adiscount of 20% on the ticket price willapply to purchases of 20 tickets and over.

Bulk tickets will be marked“complimentary” and are a way toencourage exhibitor clients and customersto attend the field days free of chargecourtesy of the host exhibitor.

18. EXHIBITOR PARKING AND VEHICLEACCESS

In the interest of public safety, RiskManagement, and Occupational Healthand Safety requirements, vehicle access tothe site will be kept to an absoluteminimum.

One (1) ON SITE Vehicle Pass will beallocated per exhibitor for use during thethree (3) days of the field days. The ONSITE Vehicle Pass will admit one vehicleonto the field days site to restock exhibitsbetween the hours as follows:

6- 8 March: 7.00am-9.00am and 5.00pm-6.00pm

Between 9.00am and 5.00pm on 6-8March the Field Days Exhibitor CourierService can be utilised to transport goodsto and from exhibitor sites.

ONE VEHICLE ONLY If the Exhibitor’s site(outdoors only) is large enough toaccommodate one (1) car it may be lefton the site during the three days of theField Days providing it is located withinthe site boundary, not prominent topatrons and has the ON SITE Vehicle Passdisplayed on the front windscreen.

DISPLAY VEHICLE If the exhibitor wishesto use a second vehicle as part of the sitedisplay (ie corporate display vehicle withcompany decals, advertising wraps,

promotional signage etc) this must beindicated on the Site Application formand a Display Vehicle Pass will beprovided to be placed on the inside frontwindscreen.

The vehicle/s MUST remain stationary onthe exhibitor’s site between 9.00am and5.00pm during the three days of the FieldDays.

Vehicles found incorrectly parked,without correct permits or driving aroundthe site during the three days of the FieldDays will be escorted outside and will notbe allowed to re-enter until after 5.00pm.For exhibitors whose outdoor site is notlarge enough to accommodate a vehiclethen it must be parked in the designatedExhibitor Carparks outside the field dayssite.

All indoor site holders will be required topark their vehicles in the externalcarparks

Exhibitor Parking Passes will be allocatedat the discretion of the WMFD and inmost cases according to the location ofthe exhibitor’s site. This will be indentifiedon the Exhibitor Parking Pass and must bedisplayed on the exhibitor vehicle at alltimes. Exhibitor carparks are external tothe Field Days Site.

Access Final Day: Thursday 8 March 2012

Exhibitor vehicles, transport trucks andcontractors will NOT be able to exit orenter the site until 5.00pm on the finalday. If an exhibitor wishes to leave thesite early on the final day then they mustpark their vehicle in the external carparksWMFD will strictly enforce the NOVECHICLE MOVEMENT policy on site until5.00pm on the final day.

19. FIRST AID

St. Johns Ambulance will be present fromMarch 5-March 8 2012 on site and will beavailable to administer first aid ifrequired.

20. OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY

All Exhibitors, their employees,contractors, representatives and/ orvolunteers must abide by theOccupational Health and Safety Act. Thesite allocated to you is considered anextension of your work place. You andthe Wimmera Machinery Field Days haveresponsibility for the safety of staff andvisitors to your site.

21. SITE SAFETY

A formal Field Days Site and Activity RiskAssessment plan has been established toassist Exhibitors with public safety.

Each Exhibitor must complete theExhibitor Site Safety Plan located on page14-15 and return it with the SiteApplication Form.

Safety Plans fully completed and signedmust be received before a site applicationcan be accepted.

In developing this safety package theWimmera Machinery Field Days hasadopted the various codes of practice thatapply by law throughout the state. Inaddition, all your employees, volunteersor sub-contractors assisting you with yourstand preparation or your exhibit must beaware that the safety procedures thatapply at the Field Days also apply tothem. Site Safety representatives willinspect sites during the field days toensure compliance with all conditions.

22. DAMAGE TO SITES

Exhibitors shall be responsible for therepair and/or costs for any damage to thesite, water pipes and electricity cablesrunning through their sites along withheavy damage to the surface.

23. GAS SAFETY

The storage and handling of LP Gas,including the use of BBQs in marquees,need to comply with the new code ofpractice for the safe use of LPG Gas atpublic events in Victoria.

Mobile Catering Vehicles - all mobilecatering vehicles (inc trailers) utilising LPGas need to have an Energy Safe Victoriacompliance plate to display ensuring theequipment meets the appropriate gasinstallation standard. For furtherinformation go to www.esv.vic.gov.au.

BBQs and Appliances - all appliances(including BBQs) need to display anapproved badge as being certified. Gascylinders (including balloon gas) must besecurely attached to a solid object toprevent the cylinders being knocked over.

24. MOVING MACHINERY SAFELY

Moving machinery & vehicles mustobserve a speed limit of 10km/hr at alltimes and hazard lights are to be used atall times. All vehicles moving on the sitemust display dealer or licence plates.

25. PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE

The Wimmera Machinery Field DaysCommittee has Public Liability insurancecover of $50,000,000. The policy has beenextended to indemnify exhibitors for theirlegal liability against bodily injury ordamage or property of third parties as aresult of an occurrence caused by thenegligence of the Exhibitor. The cost ofthis cover has been included in yourapplication fees. The indemnity is limitedto the confines of your allocated sitetherefore, demonstrations etc. carried outaway from your site, would not beindemnified under the WimmeraMachinery Field Days Policy.

If additional cover is required, it is theresponsibility of the Exhibitor to arrangethe extra cover. Only registered exhibitorswill have this cover.

26. PRODUCT LIABILITY INSURANCE

Exhibitors must arrange their ownproduct liability insurance.

27. DANGEROUS GOODS STORAGE

When quantities of dangerous substancesare stored on site it is necessary that aComposite Warning Sign be displayed.Exhibitors should contact the Country FireAuthority to seek the correct signage ifthey believe they come under theregulations.

28. EQUIPMENT HYGIENEExhibitors are requested to ensure allmachinery and equipment is cleanedbefore entering the Field Days site toavoid the transference of foreign andnoxious weeds. A pressure washer andwash down bay is available near Gate 1 ofthe Field Days site

29. FIRE DANGERAs the field days are conducted duringthe fire danger season, there are twopermits that exhibitors who areconducting demonstrations which maypose a fire risk must obtain from the CFA:• Application for a permit to use fire formiscellaneous purposes during the firedanger period and• Application for a permit under Section40 to use fire in the open air on a day oftotal fire ban.Permits can be obtained by contactingthe CFA Region 17 Horsham Office: on 035382 6672 (24hrs). Both permits are freeof charge.Open fires are not permitted on siteunless prior approval is granted by FieldDays management.

30. SHEDS - TEMPORARYIf Exhibitors wish to erect temporarysheds on site, a permit must be obtainedfrom Horsham Rural City Council (03 53829777) who will ensure the requirement ofsufficiently strong footings to hold thebuilding. These footings must be removedat the conclusion of the Field Days.

31. WASTE COLLECTIONRubbish bins are provided at strategiclocations around the site and are emptieddaily.A limited number of cardboard recyclecages will be placed around the site forthe placement of cardboard and paperpacking materials.Exhibitors are reminded of Condition 5 ofthe “General Conditions” regarding sitecondition post event.

32. SITE BOUNDARYSignage, banners, sandwich boards,displays, equipment and permittedvehicles must be confined within theboundaries of the allocated site. This alsoincludes tent pegs. Equipment which israised into the air must also comply withthis ruling, i.e. augers must not hang overroadways. In the interest of public safetyand to maintain the aesthetic standard ofthe event, the WMFD Committee reservesthe right to remove or relocate all goodslocated outside the site boundaries.

33. ELECTRICITY/POWERAll indoor and outdoor sites are servicedby 240 volt power and permanent powerboxes are installed outdoors. Ten ampcircuit breakers are installed in eachpower box. 3ph power is available insome locations.

If required, Exhibitors must provide theirown extension leads and safety switches.These must be approved and tagged by aqualified person in order to be usedlegally on site.

NOTE: Exhibitors are reminded thatpower outlets are not to be used forkettles and urns as this can causedisruptions to the electricity supplies.

34. WATER SERVICE - AIRCONDITIONERS

Water deliveries can be provided byHorsham-based company Smallaire forair-conditioning use only. Exhibitors mustrequest water deliveries directly bycontacting Smallaire on 03 5382 5688.Smallaire is the Field Days preferredsupplier for temporary air-conditioners.

35. PRINTED MATERIAL

Exhibitors are not allowed to hand outmaterial at the gates, carparks orthroughout the site. Exhibitors may onlydo so from their allocated site. ContactField Days office to discuss this matterfurther.

36. STATIC DISPLAYS & DEMONSTRATIONS

Static displays and demonstrations can becarried out at any time within theexhibitor’s site boundary. However safetyof the general public must be consideredat all times.

37. TELEPHONE SERVICES / INTERNET

Wireless broadband (using your ownportable wireless modem) and digitalmobile phone coverage is availablethroughout the Field Days site.

Temporary landlines are available at someindoor and outdoor sites. Please contactthe Field Days office if you may require aland line.

Exhibitors requiring a temporary phonelandline are required (at their cost) toarrange the service directly through TelstraCountrywide, well in advance of the event.

A form can be obtained from the WMFDOffice and must be completed and faxed toTelstra Country Wide. Telstra Country Widecan also be contacted on 1800 816 819.

38. BANKING SERVICES & EFTPOS

Eftpos & general cash banking servicesprovided by Westpac Horsham and areavailable at the Field Days ManagementOffice from 6-8 March 2012 9.30am-4.00pm.

39. FAX & PHOTOCOPYING SERVICE

Limited fax and photocopying facilitiesare available at the Field Days Office for asmall fee.

40. FOOD & REFRESHMENTS

The central Field Days Kiosk will operatefor exhibitors on Monday 5 March 2012.

41. DISTRIBUTION OF FOOD

Only preferred service providers andCountry Gourmet Pavilion Exhibitors cansell food at the field days. All otherExhibitors must not sell food to beconsumed during the field days to visitorsand clients. Exhibitors wishing to giveaway food on a complimentary or samplebasis must notify the Field DaysManagement Office and operate withinthe requirements of the Horsham RuralCity Council Health Control Officer.

42. ALCOHOL ON EXHIBITOR SITES

General Exhibitors must not sell alcohol tobe consumed during the field days tovisitors/clients and patrons.

Consumption of free/complimentaryalcoholic beverages by staff andassociates within your allocated exhibitsite area must be completely screened offfrom the public and not advertised.

Exhibitors in the Country GourmetPavilion and boutique wineries can offersample tastings and sell goods unopened.A temporary liquor licence must beobtained by the exhibitor.

43. AIRCRAFT

Horsham Aerodrome is located 6km westof the Field Days site. Refuelling facilitiesare available each morning. Personsarriving by plane will need to arrangetheir own transport from the aerodrometo the Field Days Site. HorshamAerodrome: 0417 501 624 Horsham TaxiService: 03 5381 1223

44. SERVICE LOCATIONS

Information indicating the location ofunderground power lines and waterpipes can be obtained from the WMFDManagement Office.

45 MARQUEE & HIRE EQUIPMENT

Exhibitors are responsible for their ownmarquee and hire equipment if required.

46. ACCOMMODATION

Exhibitors are required to arrange theirown accommodation as early as possible.

47. NOISE CONTROL

The WMFD committee reserves the rightto monitor & control noise at site exhibitsand the operation of machinery whichcauses undue noise or inconvenience toother exhibitors and/or patrons.

48. PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM

This service is available only for Field Daysannouncements & emergency paging.

49. SHEEP

Exhibitors requiring sheep can contactLongerenong College on 03 5362 2222 tomake arrangements.

A limited number will be available eachday, and they will be delivered to, andcollected from the site. A fee will applyfor this service.

50. STRAW BALES

Orders can be placed prior to the FieldDays by contacting the Field Days Office.

Payment is to be made directly to localsupplier Longerenong College upondelivery at $5 per bale (small square).

51. ANIMALS ON SITE

No dogs except guide dogs and thosepart of a working exhibit are allowed onsite. All other animals on site must be partof a working / showcase exhibit

general application conditions1. All application fees must accompany a fully completed

application form and site safety plan

2. TheWimmeraMachinery Field Days (WMFD) Committeereserves the right to regulate the use of machinery on staticdisplay sites which produces excessive noise causingannoyance to other exhibitors and the public.

3. TheWMFD Committee & staff shall have the power to enterupon the area described at any time and remove any article,sign, picture or printedmatter, which in their opinionmay bea cause of offence to the public or the officials of theCommittee.

4. Except with thewritten consent previously obtained of theWMFD Committee, the Exhibitor shall not assign or sub-letor part with the possession of the whole or any part of theirallocated space or purport to do so.

5. Exhibitors are responsible for the condition of the areaallocated by this contract, at the commencement of theWimmeraMachinery Field Days and upon the completion ofsuch Field Days, Exhibitors shall clean such area to thesatisfaction of theWMFD. Sites left unclean risk a fee beingcharged for cleaning and future acceptance of siteapplications.

6. Exhibitors hereby accept all responsibility for, and shall holdtheWMFD Committee indemnified against any damage orinjury to any person, persons or property whichmay beoccasioned by or arise out of the use of anymachinery,implement or apparatus of any nature whatsoever used inconnectionwith the stand and/or demonstration.

7. Exhibitors hereby undertake to faithfully conformwith therequirements of any Act of Parliament whichmay governthe erection of structures, displays and/or demonstrationsand/or sales of machinery and other products, and also toconformwith any regulations, by-laws or ordinances madeunder such Acts of Parliament or by any Government, Semi-Government or local Government Authority duly authorisedtomake regulations, by-laws ordinances in connectionherewith.

8. TheWMFD Committee shall have the right to sell by publicauction or private treaty any structure or part thereof or anyplant or equipment which is or has been erected or placedon the space or upon the said paddock and remains after theexpiration of thirty days (30) from the completion of the saidWimmeraMachinery Field Days, such equipment willbe charged a storage fee of $100 per item per week or partthereof.

9. TheWMFD Committee shall not be liable for any loss ordamage to the Exhibitors property whilst on the said area.

10. If theWMFD Committee should find it necessary orexpedient to cancel or postpone theWimmeraMachineryField Days this contract shall cease to operate upon notice tothat effect, signed by theManager, served on the Exhibitorby handing it to him personally or by posting to him in aprepaid envelope or wrapper at his address here-mentionedor at the option of theWMFD Committee by handing oroffering it to any personwho appears or is thought by theManager to be an employee, agent or partner of theExhibitor. TheWMFD Committee shall not be liable to theexhibitor for any compensationwhether on the ground orloss of profits or otherwise on respect of such cancellation orpostponement and the Exhibitor shall not be entitled to anyrefund or payment of anymoney paid by the Exhibitor inrelation to this application.

11. This application& site safety plan completedandproperlysignedby the Exhibitor, alongwith full payment shall bereceivedat theoffice of theWimmeraMachinery FieldDays bythe advertisedduedate.Applications receivedafter that dateshall incur additional site fee charges andwill only be acceptedat thediscretionof theManager&WMFDCommittee.

12. New equipment only may be displayed for sale.

13. Livestock are permitted on the field days site only byarrangement with theWMFD Committee.

14. Flag poles over three (3) metres in height are not permittedto be erectedwithin two (2) metres of any point directlybelow overhead power lines.

15. The Exhibitor shall not conduct or permit or suffer to beconducted on the space any competition, raffle or gamewithout authority of theWMFD Committee.

16. TheWMFD Committee reserves the right to cancel thiscontract and to retain anymoney paid in relation thereto ifthere is in the opinion of theWMFD Committee aninfringement of any of the foregoing conditions and/or ifthe Exhibitor does not occupy the space at thecommencement of and during the full period of theWimmeraMachinery Field Days.

17. TheWMFDCommittee reserves the right if it considers itnecessary expedient or desirable to do so to cancel or tosuspend the operation of this Contract by notice served on theExhibitor as provided in Clause 10 in the event of anyoccurrence or happeningwhich in the opinion of theWMFDCommittee justifies it in so doing.Moreover, the committeeshall not be liable to pay the Exhibitor for any compensationwhether on the ground of loss or profits or otherwise or anyrefund or payment of anymoney paid by the Exhibitor inrelation to this Contract in respect of such cancellation orsuspension.

18. TheWMFD Committee reserves the right to amendoperating conditions as specified at any time.

19. The Committee reserves the right to reallocate any siteswhichare not occupied by 6.00pmon the final set up day.
