Did we really have this much for everyone to eat at
the beginning of the day????
It’s only 8:30 am and the Passages Team has
already got a customer!
Trishna and ISOC are already anxiously waiting for
the first international student to arrive!
Tanya is chilling out on the couch!
Passages has really got traffic—where are the
international students? Did they get lost already?
Therene is still waiting for that
first new ―firstie‖ from Jamaica!
There’s a momentary lull – ISOC and Passages
board members take a short break!
Okay—here we go!
The first international student to arrive!

We’re certainly enjoying our lunch…
…and all the great conversations we’re having!
Look at the view from here—isn’t it spectacular!
Look, I live in Germany near the Alps. What do you
want me to say? Okay, I’m impressed…
It’s called ―bonding‖—is that a new word for you?
Should I take the turkey sandwich or
the vegetarian alternative?
Hey, I’ll be back. I just want to get some more water!
Is it time to go shopping yet? I’ve got to
get that metal wastebasket…
Okay, back to the busses! Remember to
throw out your trash…

Do students really need to buy so many sheets?
Wow!!!! This place has everything!
Wait until I tell Mom and Dad that I had to buy
a metal wastebasket!
I just needed to get some supplies for
the next couple of days…
Shopping is my life!!!
It’s her life, too!

Hurry, hurry! We’ve got to get back to school!
Even Dad couldn’t find a metal wastebasket to buy!
