    2021 VIRTUAL CROSSROADS VETERINARY CONFERENCE

    Welcome to the Indiana Veterinary Medical Association Virtual Crossroads Veterinary Conference (CRVC), February 4-6 and February 9-11, 2021. We are excited to bring the 2021 CRVC directly to YOU!

    REGISTRATION

    Advanced registration for the Crossroads Veterinary Conference is recommended and is now open. The early bird rate for IVMA members is $379. The early bird non member rate is $634. To register for the conference please visit the IVMA website.

    The Early-Bird registration deadline is January 29, 2021 to receive the advance registration rate, which is a $50 savings. Your virtual registration includes access to all sessions, the virtual Market Place, all virtual events, mixology happy hours, and yoga.

    Registrations must be postmarked or received by fax, email or online before January 29, 2021, after this date the registration must include the $50 late fee. Registration will be available during the conference at $429 for IVMA members and $684 for non members.

    Our conference system will use Zoom virtual meeting rooms. You do not need to have a Zoom account to login. The direct links will be avaialable to you via the website: www.invma.org or the app, under the speaker and topic.

    CONTINUING EDUCATION INFORMATION

    If you attend all the virtual sessions, in real time, you will earn 29 hours of CE. A CE form will be emailed to you a week before the meeting. If it is an extenuating situation, the registrant may submit a written request for a refund which will be considered no sooner than two weeks after the meeting is completed.
