Any experienced converter knows they have to run purges in their machines to prevent the appearance of problems that are detrimental to quality controls and are the main source of waste during production. Only a good purging compound will reduce waste to the smallest possible amount.

100% chemical action: ULTRA PLAST does not contain any abrasive component. This allows a gentle, yet strong, cleaning of all metallic parts, including hot-runners, without any damage such as microscratches. New formula with expanding agents: Improved efficiency even in hard-to-clean situations and cleanings that involve blow molding machines accumulators. Colors, incrustations, black specks and rust are softened, removed and ejected. Easy to use: It cleans at the processing temperature of the previous production material and does not require soaking time.
Certified quality ULTRA PLAST’s safe use is certified for any possible application, such as: electronic, food, toys, medical and pharmaceutical. Proven efficiency Our products are tested under the worst conditions, i.e. at the maximum processing temperature.
100% biodegradable: The active part is 100% biodegradable and safe for the environment. Recyclable: Because the composition of the outcome varies at each purging operation, we recommend to recycle in second choice or black color productions.

Purging compounds have evolved from simple virgin resin use to high-tech dedicated materials. The different types of purging compound that have appeared on the market can be divided into several generations, each with its own advantages
and disadvantages. Undeniable improvement was made from one generation to another. Ultra Plast purging compounds belong to the latest generations, which provide best cleaning results and cost optimization.
