    The Application Process

    Form completed and submitted to the DNRE(Department of

    Application received by Town Planning withpayment receipt from bank then process starts (seechart)

    National register in place for applicants to consult inrelation to their applications.

    Applications that are refused can be appealed tothe Environmental Commission which is a body oftechnical staff, lawyers and judges.

    The EC is the final appeal body and not a Minister
