1. A service agreement is concluded between the Bank and the Company. 2. The Company transfers salary in currency to the seamen in a lump sum to

the bank account. 3. Based on provided payroll slips the Bank distributes the money to the

seamen’s current accounts. The payroll slips should be certified by the Company seal and signed by the authorized person.

4. The money is credited to accounts on the day of receipt of transfer of the Company to the bank account and details in electronic form.

5. The Bank confirms the fact of money receiving and crediting to the seamen’s accounts in an electronic form.

6. The banking service agreement may be concluded based on one of the two options:

а) the seaman himself shall pay the fee for money withdrawal from the account at the amount of 0,5%б) the Company shall pay the fee for crediting money to the seamen’s accounts at the amount of 0,5% at the moment of transfer of the salary. In such case a seaman may withdraw money from the account without any fees.

for Companies:When such agreement is signed the company’s expenses on the salary transfer are reduced significantly (money are transferred in a lump sum and are not split by seamen);for seamen:• preferential tariffs for accounts opening;• endorsement and servicing the payment card of any kind (Mastercard, Visa) based on preferential tariffs for settlements and money withdrawal, both in Ukraine and abroad;• opening of the account at place of residence of seamen in branches and outlets of Pivdennyi Joint-Stock Bank all over Ukraine based on unified bank tariffs; • convenient working schedule of the bank; qualitative, fast servicing in any branch or outlet of Pivdennyi Joint-Stock Bank.
