IMPLEMENTATION:
This campaign is undertaken by ́ TATA TEAµ
and ´JANAAGRAHAµ (non-profit institution).
So they can easily set up booth in rural area and they have to give very much effort in
setting up a booth for the knowledge of the
election, internet and also for the ´JAGO REµ
campaign. If they set up booth in rural area then they will hired people which will again be
helpful to reduce unemployment to some
extend.

PRINCIPLE:
The first principle of management planning is used.
Planning means ³future course of action´. If planning isnot done properly then only ³TATA TEA´ will able toeducate more and more people through advertisement or to setting up booth to which will help rural and young
people to know their right and importance of electionwhich will also help the TATA TEA to achieve the goal i.e.maximum profit by satisfying consumer and satisfyingnation by making people aware about voting and it moredemocratic.

CONCLUSION:
F inally we conclude that is very important for all the people of
each sector to know their right, duties and importance of
election. If we understand what is our right than it is our foremost duty to go and vote rather than staying back at
home and enjoy the day as a holiday. If don·t vote than we
have not any right to say something about government
because if we haven·t vote how can we expect the thing to
be change. So it our foremost duty to go and VOTE.
