About Bahrain
Bahrain is a small kingdom (765.3 km²), group of 33 islands located off the eastern coast of Saudi Arabia.
Bahrain’s population is currently around 1.2 million Bahrainis and residents.

History
Bahrain was one of the Gulf’s most important Geo-Political & commercial location for over 4,000 years.
In modern era, Bahrain became pioneer in many fields in the Gulf region:
First schooling system (1919)
First girls schooling system (1928)
First oil discovery in the Gulf (1932)
First published newspaper in Gulf (1939)
First country it’s people influenced by global political movements “nationalism; communism; liberalism” (1930s onward)
