GENERAL INFORMATION
• Cuna de Campeones is a National Championship consisting of 6 doubleraces for the categories of Minibikes and Mini GP110, 7 races for thecategory of Moto 5 being four of them in Grand Prix circuits and 7 racesfor Promo 3. These races will be done in the best circuits in Spain with FIMCEV Repsol and ESBK Spanish championships. The young riders will beable to qualify for scholarships granted by the Circuit Ricardo Tormo anddifferentiated by: scholarship, semi-scholarship and mini-scholarship. Ouronly goal is to train and promote the future motorcycling champions. Anincredible and unparalleled opportunity to become a racing rider.
• The scholarships, semi-scholarships and mini-scholarships awarded by theRicardo Tormo Circuit consist of a discount of 60% of the registration feefor the scholarships, 30% for the semi-scholarship and 15% for the mini-scholarship.
• All the Riders, Semi-scholarship, Mini-scholarship and registered to thechampionship, must sign the authorization agreement for the use of theimage of the rider and must be signed before January 28, 2021. In case ofleaving the structure of Cuna de Campeones, the rider will lose the right tothe scholarship of the following season, passing the scholarship to the nextclassified (except ETC and Moto 3). Riders must confirm in writing theiracceptance of the scholarship, semi-scholarship or Mini-scholarship beforethe 22nd December of the current year.

CATEGORIES AND SCHOLARSHIPS• The selection test had to be cancelled because of Covid-19, in exchange all the
riders registered to the Minibike and MiniGP 110 will have a discount. For the rest ofthe categories, scholarships, semi-scholarships and mini-scholarships will beawarded to the first 5 classifieds of 2020 for the lower categories and to thecategories detailed below.
• The organization will grant:
• Minibike: Discount in the registration for all the riders.• MiniGP 110: 1 scholarship for the champion of the Minibike category 2020, 2 scholarships
for the best-rated riders of the selection tests, 2 semi-scholarships for the second andthird place of Minibike 2020, 2 semi-scholarships for the riders of the selection tests, 2mini-scholarships for the fourth and fifth place in 2020 and 3 mini-scholarships for theselection tests.
• Moto5: 1 scholarship for the champion of the Mini GP 110 2020 category, 2 semi-scholarship for the second and third classified and 2 mini-scholarship for the fourth andfifth classifieds.
• Promo3: 1 scholarship for the champion of the category Moto 5 2020, 2 semi-scholarshipfor the second and third classified and 2 mini-scholarship for the fourth and fifthclassifieds.
• European Talent Cup: 1 scholarship for the best rider of the Pre-Moto 3 2020 category,whenever he is of the right age and in the top 10, 1 scholarship for the Pre Moto 4 2020champion, 1 semi-scholarship for the runner-up and 1 mini-scholarship for the thirdclassified 2020 .
• Moto3 first year: 1 scholarship with the MIR KTM 2018 or KTM 2016 motorcycle forthe best rider of Cuna de Campeones in the European Talent Cup 2020, provided that hehas finished among the top 3 classified and has the minimum age required.
• Moto3 second year: 1 scholarship with the KTM 2018 motorcycle if the rider has been inthe top 10 in a competition in 2020, or has done less than 0.7 seconds of the best lap ofthe first classified in dry races. The riders who have enjoyed 2 years of scholarship in theMoto 3 category will not be able to repeat it unless it is to climb to the Moto 3 WorldChampionship.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• Each rider shall pay as registration fees the amount relevant to its category. You must also complete the form you will find on the website https://www.cunadecampeones.es/formulario-de-inscripcion-a-la-cuna-de-campeones-2019/and send it before January 24, 2021.

• All riders must present the school marks certificate at the beginning and end of the season as theOrganization will control the marks throughout the course, penalizing the riders who do not reach theminimum required level that is: “Pass all Subjects ".

MINIBIKES
• The championship will consist of 6 events with 2 races per weekend.• Riders being 6 years old before the first race and that do not be 11 during
2021.• The minibike has a power of 5 HP, has a weight of 20 kg and equips 6,5-inch
wheels.• The organization will make a discount in the registration for all the riders
because of the selection test cancellation due to Covid-19.
• Scholarships, Semi-scholarships, Mini- scholarships and Full championshipregistrations include:
• Clothing (Suit for obligatory use)• Motorcycle painted and labeled for the Championship• Lubricants Kit• Clothing Kit made up of 4 T-shirts, 2 sweatshirts and 2 jackets• Cuna carpet (mandatory use)• Technical advice and two free test bench per race• NG Brake Disc Kit• 1 bottle, 1 umbrella, 1 cap• The registrations to the races must be paid by the riders to the
RFME by the website, as well as the free practice trainings atthe circuits.
• Riders will pay €380 as registration fees in case they have their ownmotorcycle and want to participate in the entire championship, and send ustheir fairings to paint and label them.
• If they need a motorcycle they'll pay a €1.745 registration fee.
MiniGP 110
• The championship will consist of 6 events with 2 races per weekend and these are only for Cuna deCampeones riders. For riders being 7 years old before the first race and that do not be 12 in 2021.
• The Mini GP 110 yields a power of 10 HP, has a weight of 65 kg and 10-inch wheels. It has 4 gears withclutch.
• In addition to those stipulated in the Regulation:• 1 Scholarship will be assigned to the first classified category Minibikes 2020.• 2 Semi-scholarships will be for the second and third classified of the category of Minibikes
2020.• 2 Mini-scholarships will be for the fourth and fifth classified of the category of Minibikes 2019.
• The scholarships, semi-scholarships, Mini-scholarships or complete registration to the championshipinclude:
• Clothing (Suit for obligatory use)• Motorcycle painted and labeled for the Championship• Lubricants Kit• Clothing Kit made up of 4 T-shirts, 2 sweatshirts and 2 jackets• Technical advice and two free test bench per race• Cuna carpet (mandatory use)• NG Brake Disc Kit• 1 bottle. 1 umbrella, 1 cap
• The registrations to the races must be paid by the riders to the RFME bythe website, as well as the free practice trainings at the circuits.
• Scholarship riders who do not need the motorcycle should not pay anything. Those who want themotorcycle pay €1.249.
• Semi-scholarship riders who do not need the motorcycle should not pay anything as registration fees,also must send their fairings to paint and label them. Those who need the organization to deliver themotorcycle must pay €2.186.
• Mini- scholarships who do not need the should not pay anything as registration fees and send us theirfairings to paint and label them. Those who need the organization to deliver the motorcycle must pay€2.655.
• Non-scholarship riders who have their own motorcycle and want to participate in the entirechampionship will pay registration fees of €393. They must also send their fairings to paint and label.
• Non-scholarship riders who wish to participate and need the motorcycle must pay a registration fee of€3.123.
Moto5• The championship will consist of 7 races: 4 doubles with the Copa de España Minivelocidad and 3 in
permanent GP circuits, with the FIM CEV REPSOL.• For riders being 10 years old before the first race and not being 15 in 2021. Exceptionally, riders who
are 10 years old will be allowed to participate during the year, as long as they have finished amongthe top 3 in the previous year's MiniGP 110 category.
• The Moto 5 yields a power of 21 HP, has a weight of 93 kg and wheels of 17 inches.
• The Organization shall grant:• 1 scholarship will be assigned to the first classified category MiniGP 110 season 2020.• 2 Semi-scholarships for the second and third classified.• 2 Mini-scholarship for fourth and fifth classified.
• The scholarships, semi-scholarships, Mini-scholarships or complete registration to the championshipinclude:
• Clothing (Suit for obligatory use)• Motorcycle painted and labeled for the Championship• Lubricants Kit• Clothing Kit made up of 4 T-shirts, 2 sweatshirts and 2 jackets• Technical advice and two free test bench per race• NG Brake Disc Kit• Cuna carpet (mandatory use)• 1 bottle, 1 umbrella, 1 cap• The mounting of the tents where Cuna de Campeones riders must be installed.
• The registrations to the races must be paid by the riders to the RFME by thewebsite, as well as the free practice trainings at the circuits.
• Scholarship riders who do not need the motorcycle should not pay anything, but they will have tosend their fairings to paint and label them. Those who want the motorcycle must pay €2.297.
• Semi-scholarship riders who do not need the motorcycle won’t pay as registration fees, although theymust send their fairings to paint and label them. Those who need the organization to deliver themotorcycle will pay €4.020.
• Mini-scholarships riders who do not need the should not pay anything as registration fees, althoughthey must send their fairings to paint and label them. Those who need the organization to deliver themotorcycle will pay €4.882.
• Non-scholarship riders who wish to participate and need the motorcycle shall pay a registration fee of€5.744.
• Non-scholarship riders who have their own motorcycle and want to participate in the wholechampionship, must pay a registration fee of €788 and send their fairings to paint and label them.
• All riders, scholarship, semi-scholarship, Mini-scholarship, will have to pay in thepermanent circuits the free practices on Friday.
Moto4
• The championship will consist of 7 events with the CEV ESBK.
• For riders being 10 years old before the first race, and not being 17 in2021.
• The Moto 4 are motorcycles with engine CRF 150 4t with a power of 23 HP,a weight of 88 Kg and slick wheels of 17 "capable of reaching a speed of175 Km/h, will be limited to 12500 rpm and will use data acquisitionMycron 5.
• The Organization shall grant:• 1 scholarship will be assigned to the champion of the category Moto 5
2020• 2 Semi-scholarships for the second and third classified• 2 Mini-scholarship for fourth and fifth classified.
• The rider who granted a scholarship and wants the motorcycle will pay anamount of €5.331, as registration fees.
• The semi-scholarships riders who wish the motorcycle shall pay €9.329, forthe registration rights to the championship.
• The Mini-scholarship riders who wish the motorcycle shall pay €11.328, forthe registration fee.
• Non-scholarship riders who need a motorcycle shall pay a registration fee of€13.327.
• All motorcycles will be maintained by the riders and the engines are sealed.A minimum weight of motorbike and rider will be established, which will bethe average of the riders enrolled in the championship plus the weight ofthe motorbike.
Moto4
• Registration fees include:
• Purchase of the painted and labeled motorcycle.• Advice and assistance in case of crash or breakage of 1
mechanic shared every 6 participants.• Advice of 1 data engineer every 6 participants sharing
telemetry and comparing with the best, in order to help thetraining of the rider.
• Talks after each training of a data engineer to help ridersimprove their driving and get more performance.
• Mechanic's assistance every 6 participants, for in case ofcrash or breakage, to help the repair of the motorcycle.
• NG Brake Disc Kit.• MOTUL Lubricants Kit.• Cuna carpet (mandatory use)• Supply of fuel for all the bikes by the organization, being
forbidden the particular supply.• 1 suit of Cuna de Campeones Giuseppe made to measure,
all this of obligatory use.• Clothing Kit: 4 T-shirts, 2 sweatshirts and 2 jackets.• 1 bottle, 1 umbrella, 1 cap
• The registrations to the races must be paid by theriders to the RFME by the website, as well as the freepractice trainings at the circuits.
Promo3
• The championship will consist of 7 events with the CEV ESBK.
• For riders being 12 years old before the first race, and not being 18 in 2021.
• The Promo3 motorcycles with engine Yamaha WR 250 4t with a power of 33 HP, aweight of 92 Kg and slick wheels of 17 "capable of reaching a speed of 200 Km/h.
• The Organization shall grant:• 1 scholarship will be assigned to the champion of the category Moto 5 2020• 2 Semi-scholarships for the second and third classified• 2 Mini-scholarship for fourth and fifth classified.
• The rider who granted a scholarship and wants the motorcycle will pay an amount of€4.491, as registration fees. If you do not need a motorcycle, you must not payanything, but you must send the fairings to paint and label them.
• The semi-scholarships riders who wish the motorcycle shall pay €7.859, for theregistration rights to the championship. Those who do not need the motorcycleshould not pay anything, but they will have to send their fairings to paint and labelthem.
• The Mini-scholarship riders who wish the motorcycle shall pay €9.543, for theregistration fee. Those who do not need the motorcycle will pay €880 and send thefairings to paint and label them.
• Non-scholarship riders who need a motorcycle shall pay a registration fee of€11.227. Non-scholarship riders who have their own motorcycle and want toparticipate in the whole championship, will pay a registration fee of €2.564,provided that the bike is adapted to the new regulation with the new engine. Theymust also send their fairings to paint and label them.
• All motorcycles will be maintained by the riders and the engines are sealed. Aminimum weight of motorbike and rider will be established, which will be theaverage of the riders enrolled in the championship plus the weight of the motorbike.
Promo3

PreMoto3• The championship will consist of 7 events: 6 to two races and 1 to one race.
• Maximum 4 riders being 12 years old before the first race and not being 18during the season 2021.
• The PreMoto3 is a motorbike with Yamaha YZF 250 R engine of 250cc and4T that yields a power of 40 HP, with a weight of 86 Kg and slick wheels of17 ", capable of reaching a speed of 210 Km/h.
• The Organization shall grant:
• 1 scholarship for the champion of the category Promo 3 2019.
• 1 semi-scholarship for the second classified
• 1 mini-scholarshio for the third.
• The granted rider shall pay a registration fee of €22.800 and sign the CircuitRider contract.
• The semi-scholarship rider shall pay €39.900 for the registration fee.
• The mini-scholarship rider shall pay €48.450.
• In case any place is free, if a rider wants to participate in the team Cuna deCampeones, he must pay a registration fee of €57.000. In none of theabove cases, are the federative costs of the registration of the pilots to thecompetitions included, these must be done by them through the RFMEwebsite, as well as they must pay for the free training sessions of each race.
• The champion of this category will be awarded to participate in the teamCuna de Campeones in the European Talent Cup 2022 as long as it hasmanaged to finish among the top 3 riders of the Spanish Championship. Thesecond rider will be semi-scholarship if he ends the season in the top 5 ofthe championship.
EUROPEAN TALENT CUP• The championship will consist of 7 events: 4 to two races and 3 to one race.
• Maximum 6 riders being 13 years old before the first race and not being 18 duringthe season.
• The Moto3 HONDA is a motorbike of 250cc and 4T that yields a power of 40 HP,with a weight of 84 Kg and slick wheels of 17 ", capable of reaching a speed of220 Km/h.
• The Organization shall grant:
• 1 scholarship for the champion of the category PreMoto 3 2020, as long as ithas finished between the first 3 of the ESBK CEV 2020.
• 1 scholarship for the champion of the category Promo 3 2020.
• 1 semi-scholarship for the second classified.
• 1 mini-scholarship for the third classified.
• The granted rider shall pay a registration fee of €29.600 and sign the Circuit Ridercontract.
• The semi-scholarship rider shall pay €51.800 for the registration fee.
• In case any place is free, if a rider wants to participate in the team Cuna deCampeones, he must pay a registration fee of €74.000. In none of the abovecases, are the federative costs of the registration of the pilots to the competitionsincluded, these must be done by them through the Dorna website, as well as theymust pay for the free training sessions of each race.
• The champion of this category will be awarded to participate in the team Cuna deCampeones in the Junior World Championship of Moto3 2022 as long as it hasmanaged to finish among the top 3 riders of the European talent Cup Moto3 2021Championship. The second rider will be semi-scholarship if he the season in thetop 5 of the championship.
Moto3
• The championship consists of 8 events: 4 to two races and 4 to one race.
• Maximum of 3 riders being 14 years old before the first race and not being 19 at theend of the championship.
• The Moto 3 is a motorbike of 250cc and 4T that yields a power of 52 HP, with aweight of 84 Kg and slick wheels of 17 ", capable of reaching a speed of 235 Km/h.
• The Organization shall grant:• 1 scholarship with the bike MIR KTM 2018 assigned to the first rider who has
represented us in the European Talent Cup 2020, provided that its resultshave been satisfactory and that has finished among the top 3 finals.
• 1 semi-scholarship for the second Cuna de Campeones rider in the Talent2020, as long as it has finished in the top 5 finals.
• The scholarship rider shall pay €48.000 for the registration fee.
• The semi-scholarship rider shall pay €84.000 for the registration fee.
• In case of a free place, if a non-scholarship rider wants to participate, he/she willhave to pay a registration fee of €120.000. In none of the above cases, are thefederative costs of the registration of the pilots to the competitions included, thesemust be done by them through the Dorna website, as well as they must pay for thefree training sessions of each race.
• Of the riders representing us in Moto 3 with the MIR KTM 2018 or KTM 2016 duringthe 2021 season, the one that manages to have better results will have ascholarship to participate with the KTM M38 in the 2022 season as long as it isamong the top 10 final classifieds of the category , or in its absence by incidences toend assiduously among the top 10 classifieds of the races, or to have carried outtimes less than 0.7 seconds of the first classified of the races in dry. Riders whoenjoyed 2 years of scholarships in the category of Moto 3 will not be allowed torepeat.
