Materials An onion bulb, iodine solution , distilled water, blue methylene solution, Apparatus Glass slides, cover slips, a light microscope, a scapel, forceps, a glass dropper, a mounting needle and filter papers, tooth pick. Hypothesi s Plant cells have a fixed shape and animal cells do not have a fixed shape.
