Once in the Premier Cash Management program, you will enjoy automatic annual renewal with no interruption in benefits, as long as you continue to maintain your Premier status as indicated above.

Premier Cash Management is an incentive program that recognizes and rewards clients for choosing Morgan Stanley for their everyday cash management needs. Clients must meet certain criteria in order to qualify for the Premier Cash Management program, and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC reserves the right to change or terminate the program at any time and without notice. Where appropriate, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC has entered into arrangements with affiliated and non-affiliated parties to assist in offering certain products and services related to Premier Cash Management. The Active Assets Account (“AAA”) is a brokerage account offered through Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC.

Morgan Stanley Reserved rewards clients with $1,000,000 or more in eligible household assets and liabilities at Morgan Stanley or who pay over $10,000 in annual fees at Morgan Stanley with special benefits and

services, including a comprehensive fee waiver and access to dedicated toll-free number for the Reserved Client Service Center. Morgan Stanley reserves the right to change or terminate the Reserved program at any time and without notice.

Reserved program participants’ accounts and activity are reviewed periodically to confirm that they continue to qualify for this program.

The Premier Cash Management program and the Annual Engagement Bonus for Reserved Clients are not provided by American Express. The Premier Cash Management program, and fulfillment of the Annual Engagement Bonus, and their respective terms, conditions and restrictions are the sole responsibility of Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC.

The Morgan Stanley Credit Card from American Express or the Platinum Card® from American Express exclusively for Morgan Stanley is only available for clients who have an eligible Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC brokerage account (“eligible account”).
