1 PRELUDE OF MY CV I, Dr.G.Panduranga Murthy, currently am working as Professor & Head in the department of Engineering Chemistry and Dean at Maharaja Institute of Technology Thandavapura, Nanjanagud taluk (Mysore district), Karnataka (India). Qualification : I have obtained Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) with a core specialization, Sustainable Technologies in Agriculture (conferred in 2004) from University of Mysore, Mysore. Second PhD bestowed with a central theme, Applied Chemistry & Herbal drug Technology in 2016 at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (AP), India. Later on, I have associated for Post Doctoral Research [Post. Doc] with River System Institute, Texas State University, Austin for the Research relating to Water Resource retaining Technologies and Flood routing studies in and around San-Antonia area followed by Mexican area. Prior, I obtained Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) with a focal area on ‘Biomedical Wastes Management’, followed by Master of Science (M.Sc) in both Chemistry and Basic Sciences with a specialization: Applied Chemistry and Eco-Technology and Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) with Chemistry major from University of Mysore, Karnataka. High Profile Degree: Now, Pursuing D.Sc [Doctor of Science] in Fuel Technologies at Ranchi University, Ranchi, Jharkhand State, India. Teaching: Due to my Teaching experience rendered at University and various reputed Institutions spanning over 18 years, I have been conferred with DST-Young Scientist Award, Rajiv Gandhi Gold Medal Award, State Awards for guiding Best Engineering Projects from KSCST, IISc, Bengaluru. Subsequently, honored with State special Award for ‘Outstanding contribution in Bio-fuels Promotion’ through Cash Prize from Karnataka State Bio-fuel Development Board (KSBDB), Bengaluru. I enjoy designing and writing Research and seminar proposals, effective implementation of Research programmes and other extension activities to increases the height of institutional reputations in a progressive manner. I'm an enthusiastic Researcher in Sustainable and Smart Technologies for 19 years and a professional Teacher & Trainer with 20 years of experience. The roles, I, executed superlatively are Director of Research (Research Head), Professor (Teaching) of Applied Sciences (Chemistry, Biotechnology and Nanotechnology etc.), R&D Head and investigator in both Science and Technology under equivalent role. Worked on Computational Data Base for Traditional Drugs by developing suitable Software and

Subjecting into Public Domain for use.

Wrote edited, authored and reviewed numerous work instructions in the areas of Technical

protocols and Applied Chemistry, biological Sciences, Ethno-pharmacology, biotechnological

techniques, plant tissue culture techniques and laboratory instruments.
