The group of companies VikON is a private business or-

ganization which owns and controls assets of the enterprises

manufacturing high-quality machinery and equipment for

the manufacture of precast concrete products and enterprises

designing and erecting buildings with application of precast

concrete frame technology.

Throughout 10 years of activity the personnel management of

the group of companies VikON has acquired serious prac-

tical experience in integrated application and introduction

of precast concrete technologies. This allows us to carry out

important projects, including modernization, designing and

construction of new precast plants and also to promote our

technology and products to the foreign markets.

The present day the companies of the group VikON supply

full range of equipment and machinery for the manufacture

of concrete products - batching plants, concrete distribution

systems, various molds, shuttering systems, rebar machines.

VikON’s subsidiaries are designing and developing a number

of projects of different types.

Our people are highly skilled professionals in the area of

practical application and development of precast concrete

technologies – project managers, engineers, mechanicians,

designers, constructors. Many of our specialists have been

trained and skilled abroad at the modern precast plants. We

constantly work on our professional development in order to

provide our customers with the best services and solutions.

For many years we have been cooperating with foreign com-

panies not only to learn from their experience but also to as-

sist them on the territory of the Russian Federation.

The results of such a close cooperation are many large-scale

projects carried out together with the leading foreign com-

panies.

The following enterprises have been implemented:

› Print making plant (Saint–Petersburg, Russia, 2006);

› Lithographic print making plant (Saint-Petersburg, Russia,

2005). The project implementation was monitored by the

company “Mayr-Melnhof Holz” (Austria);

› Medical products manufacturing plant (izhevsk, Russia –

commissioning in 2000). The project was implemented to-

gether with the company Luki (Sweden);

› Climate systems and air-conditionings manufacturing plant

(izhevsk, Russia - commissioning in 2001). Partners in project

implementation: companies TRUMPF (Germany), Otto Muller

(Germany), CMS (italy).

Participation in joint projects:

› Together with company T. RAD (Japan) – construction of

brazed aluminium radiators manufacturing plant (Nizhniy

Novgorod, Russia, 2007);

› Together with company MAGNA (Austria - Canada) – con-

struction of plastic automobile components manufacturing

plant (Nizhniy Novgorod, Russia, 2007);

› Design project of a production plant for the manufacture of

precast concrete frame’s elements (Doha, Qatar, 2007);

› Design project of modernization of precast concrete manu-

facturing plant in Ashkhabad (Turkmenistan, 2009).

in 2008 the processing equipment for the manufacture of pre-

cast concrete frame’s elements was put into operation in kiev

(Ukraine). Similar project has been begun in Minsk (Belarus)

with total capacity of 100 000m2 per year. At the moment

the seismic proof tests for the buildings constructed with ap-

plication of the precast concrete frame technology are being

done in the Republics of kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmeni-

stan and iran.

Under the financial crisis circumstances, important factor

of efficiency of any project can be estimated on terms of a
