“Often working to meet tight deadlines, our pre-development process hasn’t included the participation of so many of LINC’s team members or architects in design visioning.

For future projects, we will likely include more LINC staff as we use the design brief and alter the specifics for new properties. We anticipate that providing prospective architects with our clearly articulated design goals will result in higher-quality designs with a quicker turn-around.”

Project Summary LINC Housing is in the process of developing Monterey Park, a scattered site rehab and new construction project that will serve unique veteran populations. Located in the Monterey Park neighborhood in Los Angeles, CA, this 12 unit housing project will include community and service space for residents on-site and in the surrounding properties slated for rehab.
