This facility will consist of a 180 foot tall self supporting tower within a 50' x 50' leased area enclosed by a chain link fence . The proposed facility will have the ability to accommodate other telecommunication providers and will be accessed from State Highway 13 via an existing road . An existing nonresidential building is situated to the southeast of the proposed site .
