PROJECT UNDERTAKEN: Duration: July2012-May2013

To develop a method to check impact of generalized parameters on CLTD and ETD in air conditioning system.

This project gives comprehensive idea about how number of parameters are affecting the final load on air-conditioning and measure to reduce effectively the load.

Database of different locations having different weather is compiled and used in load calculation procedure using software developed to determine load for specific application and to compare different options of parameters so as to reduce the load on A/C.

A single platform in the form of software is prepared to analyze and conclude the optimum decision for orientation of structure, material, dimension, etc.

Vocational in-plant training and also worked on project “Vertical storage rack for steel plates” at WILO Mather & Platt Pumps, Pune.

As part of training I learned about the process flow in company to manufacture final product with comprehensive insight about each process and its importance.

I could experience how my knowledge is being used in real world and its advances in technology used in current age.

This training gave me understanding of real life situations in industrial organization and their related environments.

It also provides me understanding of formal and informal relationships in an industrial organization so as to promote favorable human relation and team work.

Along with this, in this training I also worked on a project offered about designing of a vertical rack to effectively handle and store large tones weighted steel plates.

This project includes applying concepts of machine design and along with other considerations of design for manufacturing, assembly, end use, cost analysis, etc.

EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES:

1st rank in working model making competition in NEXUS event organized by VNIT Nagpur.

2nd prize in model making competition held in Raman Science Centre Nagpur. Participated in Hydranoid competition at IIT Powai’s Techfest event. Won best achievement prize in Purshottamkarandak 2011.
