Having limit-less knowledge and sovereign power, God has graciously purposed from eternity to redeem a people for Himself and to make all things new for His own glory.

PRAY for our PERSECUTED March 2, 2018 (Pakistan) Pray for a Teenage Boy Accused of Blasphemy
Patras Masih, a 17-year-old boy from Lahore, has been accused of blasphemy in connection with a post on his Facebook page. Patras said someone else posted the content to his Facebook page after he lost his phone. After the post became public knowledge, thousands of Muslims gathered outside the police station and Patras’ home, demanding his execution. One witness claimed the angry protestors were ready to throw bottles of ignited fuel at the homes of believers. Many Christians fled the town as a result. Patras turned himself in to prevent the situation from becoming more violent. Pray that the charges against him will be dropped and that he will be reunited with his family. Pray for the safety of Christian families in the town, and pray that the angry Muslims will come to know the truth of the gospel.

Mission Statement Connect, Grow, Serve
The mission of our church is to glorify Christ, proclaim the Gospel, reach the lost, and train and instruct Christians
in the faith for service and daily living.
Rewoven When our lives are tattered by sin and suffering, God doesn’t start from scratch or create a replica. Instead, He uses the original threads to reweave a stronger version and to restore beauty. Interest-ingly, when Joseph tells his brothers in Genesis 50:20, “You meant evil against me, but God meant it for good,” the word “meant” is Hebrew for wove. “Nothing bears a better witness than watching God resurrect someone’s life,” writes Jen Hatmaker. “That is a God who folks want to know, a God worth His glory.”
Good Morning! Welcome to Faith Community Church.
We are pleased that you are able to join us this Sunday morning. Our prayer is
that you will be encouraged and challenged from the teaching of God’s Word as well as the other elements
of the service. Please take a moment to fill out the Information Slip and place it in the offering plate when it is passed during the service. If you are a guest,
we extend you a special welcome.
