    SH Friday: Grad Night: All Senior High students are invited to meet at Eastview for 7pm for your final youth event of the year! Get ready to celebrate in style with our first ever mystery dinner. Dress up and get ready to play in our version of life size CLUE! We’ll celebrate our grads in style while looking back at an eventful year. $5 for grade 10 & 11, free for our grads! We’ll be heading out to Pastor Delbert’s pool for our “after party”. Pick up is at 12:30am. *** Following this Friday’s SH grad event, Friday night youth events are now over for this ministry season. We will see you in the fall when we start up again. Enjoy your summer! *** JH Life Development Sundays: Please note that there will no longer be Sunday morning Life Development class for Junior High students. Parents please sign your children in and out of the room. June 15: We’re going on a mission adventure. Through the parable of the lost coin, we will learn about Jesus’ heart for spreading God’s love to everybody. Then we’ll “travel” to the country of Thailand, to get a glimpse into another culture, and consider what it takes to be a missionary to a country like Thailand. WEIRD ANIMALS VBS - Join the Zoo Crew!     From the Leadership Board: Thanks to all of those who were able to attend the AGM held on May 4. There was a quorum for the meeting, where the 2014-2015 budget was passed and the following individuals were affirmed into leadership; Leadership Board; Winston Churchill, Property & Finance Committee Chair; Alvin Klassen, Outreach and Mission Committee Chair; Lori Thomas, and committee member; Virginia Churchill. The Board wishes to thank the faithful and excellent service of Treasurer; Erika Fenske, who announced her plan to step down from this role in June, 2014. Please be in prayer that God would put a stirring into the heart of a member with necessary willingness, skills and experience to serve in this role moving forward. In God we trust. The Board also expresses gratitude to Ken Braun who has completed his term of service on the Donwood Manor Board of Directors. The Board has affirmed a new Eastview Church Representative, John Guenther, to the Donwood Board. Please pray that one more of our members would consider stepping up into this role of service.
