    2. Certified that the posts proposed to be filled are not likely to be retrenched during next one

    year, nor shall be withdrawn out of purview of the PPSC once the requisition is received in

    PPSC.

    3. Certified that the number of posts required to be filled through initial recruitment have

    been worked out correctly in accordance with the prescribed Service/Recruitment Rules and

    that promotion quota of these posts has since been completed.

    4. Certified that the posts reserved for Disabled, Minorities and Women have been

    worked out as per provision of prescribed Government Rules/Instructions.

    INSTRUCTIONS

    i) The time schedule for submission of requisitions should be adhered to.

    ii) The requisition may be prepared carefully and additions or alterations duly be authenticated.

    iii) All columns should be filled.

    iv) The N.O.C. from the competent authority for relaxation of ban on recruitment, if applicable, should be annexed with the requisition.

    v) An extra sheet may be used in case of insufficient space of requisite columns.

    vi) The requisition should be signed by the Administrative Secretary or Additional Secretary (Admn/Estt). Officer competent to sign the requisition is requested to ensure that all columns of the requisition are filled in properly.
