On march 29th, 2015, ACCM presents a summit on living and aging well with HIV. This booklet accompanies our day long, urban retreat for people approaching 50 and beyond. On this day we come together to build skills, friendships and futures. We aim to create new leaders, set goals, and take steps forward in community health, happiness, and care.
