• Our advert will be a Non-linear Narrative short film as we will being mixing clips and using flashbacks.

• The story will be of a boy who realizes one day he doesn’t want to be part of his abuses mothers life, this is subtle, he runs out the house while drinking a monster can. This is when he realizes the power of life. The montage begins showing him and friends enjoying life while doing varies activities: cyclingn swimming, running, having a laugh(all in different locations). Towards the end the music fades slightly and he looks down at his phone to see his mum is calling him. He has flashbacks. When the bass drops the boy chucks is phone and has a smirk on his face. The advert finishes with a selection of monster cans on the ground.

• The advert is going to be made to look like its has been filmed over a 24h period, showing sunset mid-day, sunset and night.

• A persuasive technique we will be using is Emotional appeal, which is when you use fear, anger, joy and excitement to sway the audience. We will be using all of these to make a connection with the audience. Using the character emotions and music to appeal to the audience.

• We are using celebrity endorsement in the form of a speech by nelson mandella because we want our ad to be appalling to people. this will be appalling to people because he is a very inspirational person that people will listen to.

• Another persuasive technique we will use is Individuality which is when you do things different to anyone else. In our ad we will do this when the teenager leaves his house and becomes rebellious to everyone else(his mum).

• We aiming our advert at a niche audience of explorers, adventures and people who don’t live by societies expectations. These tend to be middle class consumers.

• The age range of our audience is around 10 to about 25.
