Javo EcobasicThis smaller potting machine is a strongly built universal machine, suitable for pots between 8cm to 22cm (depending on the pot type), with a capacity of approx. 2600 pots per hour. The Javo Ecobasic is very mobile and can easily be repositioned.
The Javo Ecobasic is equipped with a unique soil-return-system. Its own soil bin has a capacity of 1m3. The smooth action pottrack disc has a central adjustment for pot height and diameter, which is easily accessible. The output of the pots onto a conveyor belt is standard and is controlled by a mechanical take-off arm. The output is functional on three sides of the machine (on the left, right and front).
The machine can be extended with several options and no compressor is needed.

Javo PlusThe Javo Plus is a potting machine with a round pottrack and is standard equipped with electronic speed control for up to 4,000 pots per hour.The smooth action pottrack disc has a central adjustment for pot height and diameter. The height for the take-off conveyor never needs adjustment.The potting machine has its own soil bin with a capacity of 2-cubic yards. The soil conveyor for this bin has guide belts on each side. The electronic adjustment of the speed of the soil supply allows for a very precise distribution which benefits the planting.The unique soil elevating system of the Javo Plus consists of two rubber drive belts. A well-balanced system prevents the structural change of the substrate.

Javo Big Bale Soil DistributionWith the application of the Javo Big Bale soil distributing unit, the handling of the substrate is worry-free and efficient.By means of a built-in electrical driven pivot system, the Big Bale is tilted inside while the surroundings stay neat and clean. The Javo Big Bale unit is equipped with a fluffing mechanism which reshapes all compressed pieces back to a homogeneous substrate. Minimal structure change, volume and fluffiness are guaranteed.The Javo Big Bale unit can be installed in several different positions. Because of the built-in pivoting system safety is guaranteed.
This machine is also suitable for substrates like potting soil or bark, regardless of the packaging. The Big Bale unit can be loaded with a pallet jack.The Javo Big Bale soil distributing unit is simple to install and can be moved with a fork lift.
