DESCRIPTION
La collezione di mosaici di vetro per la decorazione di interni ed esterni si sviluppa in ben 25 collezioni. La novità della collezione 2012 è l'introduzione di nuovi formati rettangolari, colori, sfumature e superfici. Le nuove collezioni London, Tatler e Milano sono anche indicate per abbinamenti a piastrelle della collezione Powergres. Siamo specializzati nello sviluppo e realizzazione di mosaici su richiesta per utilizzo in ogni decorazione di ambienti interni o esterni. Interpretiamo ogni singola esigenza o progetto come unica ed esclusiva realizzando mosaici personalizzati seguendo le indicazioni del cliente. TECNICA COMPUTER
Il sistema di elaborazione di immagini consente di trasformare un disegno o soggetto fotografico in un mosaico, con tessere di 20x20 o 10x10 mm. Perchè tale processo possa portare ad un buon risultato, bisognerà ricordare che:
- le dimensioni della realizzazione in mosaico dovranno aumentare in proporzione alla quantità di particolari del soggetto da riprodurre;
- la distanza di lettura ottimale dovrà consentire una chiara visione d’insieme del soggetto realizzato a mosaico; aumentando quindi le dimensioni dello stesso, dovrà proporzionalmente crescere anche la distanza da cui il mosaico verrà visto.
- l’immagine da elaborare dovrà essere perfettamente definita nei colori e nelle linee.
Il mosaico viene fornito incollato su fogli di carta numerati.
COMPUTER TECHNIQUE
The computer image processing system enables a drawing or photograph to be converted into a mosaic, consisting of chips sized 20x20 or 10x10 mm.To achieve the best results the following informations should be considered:
- the dimensions of the mosaic work need to increase in proportion to the amount of detail in the subject being reproduced ;
- the optimum viewing distance has to enable a clear overall view of the subject depicted in mosaics ; therefore, increasing the size of this means proportionally increasing the viewing distance the mosaic is seen from.
- the image to be processed needs to be perfectly defined in terms of colour and shape.

TECNICAMISTA
Nel caso in cui il disegno da realizzare presenti dimensioni che non consentano di ottenere un risultato soddisfacente con l’utilizzo della tecnica a computer o che presenti andamenti curvi od obliqui, le tessere possono essere tagliate. Ne risulerà quindi un reticolo ortogonale parzialmente interrotto dalle tessere tagliate o addirittura da porzioni di mosaico con andamenti che seguono le diverse linee del disegno.Il mosaico viene fornito incollato su fogli di carta numerati, sagomati ad incastro, di dimensioni variabili; in questo modo si evita ogni possibile interruzione del disegno in fase di posa.

Questa tecnica si differenzia dalle altre per l’impiego degli smalti, materiali fusi nel crogiolo, che per la loro particolare brillantezza e la vastissima gamma di colori sono i materiali piu’ tradizionali nell’arte del mosaico.Oltre alla tecnica indiretta, e cioè lavorato su carta a rovescio con conseguente posa del mosaico su parete o pavimento, la tecnica tradizionale consente anche la lavorazione diretta

L’utilizzo di materie vetrose brillanti esalta la proposta decorativaGlitter.Il mosaico decorato con la tecnica Glitter crea effetti speciali con decorazioni che creano svariate cromie di colore. I glitter sono molto versatili. Una gamma di colori importante permette di regalare emozioni decorative uniche.L’applicazione Glitter spazia dalla decorazione di alcune tessere alla realizzazione di disegni unici fino alla riproduzione di grafiche.La tecnica di realizzazione della decorazione e’ eseguita interamente a mano.Si puo’ realizzare una laccatura di contenimento nel caso di decorazioni che hanno grafiche irregolari. La laccatura puo’ essere di colore nero o di colore bianco.Il prodotto e’ per utilizzo in ambienti interni, a rivestimento .Durante la posa occorre avere cura che il materiale non venga sporcato con il cemento o collante . Se cio’ dovesse accadere pulire subito con una spugna umida . Non usare abrasivi , acidi o solventi . Non esporre il decoro Glitter direttamente a raggi UV.Ogni singola richiesta viene analizzata per la sua opportuna fattibilita’ e successivamente verra’ quotata.

An exhaustive range of colours enables to achieve unique decorating emotions.The Glitter application ranges from the decoration of a few tesseras to the realization of unique patterns till reproducing graphics.The decoration technique is entirely by hand. A surrounding lacquering can be realized in case of decorations with irregular graphics. The lacquering can be black or white.The product can be used indoor as wall tiling.During the installation the material must not get dirty with concrete or adhesive. Should this happen, clean immediately with a wet sponge. Do not use abrasives, acids or thinners. Do not expose the Glitter decoration directly to UV rays.Each single request is analyzed as for its feasibility and then quoted.

SABBIATO
La tecnica della sabbiatura applicata sulle tessere di mosaico vetroso esalta l’eff etto decorativo tramite il bassorilievo.Le sabbiature sono molto versatili. Una gamma di disegni infi nita permette di regalare emozioni decorative uniche. La tecnica della sabbiatura spazia dalla decorazione di alcune tessere alla realizzazione di disegni unici fi no alla riproduzione di grafi che complete.Il prodotto sabbiato permette l’applicazione in ambienti interni e esterni per pavimento e rivestimento. Occorre però selezionare la tipologia del mosaico che dovr à avere le caratteristiche tecniche adeguate all’utilizzo.Durante la posa occorre avere cura che il materiale non venga sporcato con il cemento o collante. Se ciò dovesse accadere pulire subito con una spugna umida. Non usare abrasivi, acidi o solventi. Ogni richiesta personalizzata viene analizzata per la sua opportuna fattibilità e successivamente verrà quotata. Un cenno sulla tecnica della sabbiatura :I decori vengono realizzati attraverso un getto di sabbia che incide il materiale creando il bassorilievo e mettendo in evidenza la parte grafi ca del decoro.Ogni decoro su mosaico è trattato con prodotti idro oleo repellenti per proteggere la parte sabbiata e agevolare di conseguenza la pulizia e la manutenzione.Con la sabbiatura si ottengono superfi ci decorate eff etti speciali e dei particolori eff etti di colore. Si possono fare sabbiature su piastrelle di ceramiche e su mosaico combinando la stessa grafi ca tra pavimento e rivestimento (su richiesta).
