Step 1 — Locate Battery.

The battery is located inside theright side ear piece.

Step 2 — Heat Right Side.

Heat the right side gently at 140 Ffor about 3 minutes.

Do not over heat or it will melt thehousing.

Step 3 — Remove Battery Cover/Casing

After heating, gently remove the cover/casing as shown in the picture.

Take your time and re-heat if cover/casing does not remove smoothly.

Step 4 — Desolder & Replace Battery

Desolder battery using soldering ironand replace with replacementbattery.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.

Step 5 — Reattach Battery Cover/Casing

After battery is replaced, apply super glue to the border of the inside of the battery cover/casingand put it back in place.

Use small clamps/binder clip to hold the housing in place while the super glue dries up.
