E’ molto importante che il ricevitore e il trasmettitore della barrie-ra siano ben allineati per ottenere il miglior risultato in termini di ricezionedelsegnale.Unerratoallineamentopuòportareadunmalfunzionamentoanchedopouncertoperiododitempooppureindiversecondizionediluce.
Altra cosa importante è la luce diretta del sole all’interno del ri-cevitore. Anche se i sensori sono protetti in modo da esserne totalmente immuni, una forte sorgente di luce diretta nel foro del-la copertura dei sensori potrebbe provocarne l’accecamento e quindil’allarmedellabarriera.
Si consiglia quindi di posizionare il ricevitore nella direzione, dove è meno probabile che questo evento accada. Anche nell’installazione di più barriere, evitare che un ricevitoreveda direttamente 2 o più trasmettitori.

2. Eseguire i fori da 5mme, se il supporto lo prevede, inserirci itasselli D.

4. ATTENZIONE!! Se la barriera viene utilizzata in ambiente esterno, Deve essere eseguito un foro si scolo nella parte inferiore del cappuccio C.
5. Facendopassareprimaicaviattraversoilforoposterioredelcap-puccio C, eseguire i collegamenti alla morsettiera della barriera A.
6. Inserire il cappuccio C nella barriera Asfilandodallatoposterioredel cappucio la parte di cavi in eccesso.

5. InfilareicappucciB e C nella barriera A eseguendo pri-ma i collegamenti alla morsettiera del modulo. Quando siinserisceilcappucciodallapartedellamorsettierasfi-lare dal foro il cavo in eccesso.
6. InserirelapartesuperioredelpezzoA, B e C nel sup-porto I.
7. Inserire il supporto L nel foro del cappucio inferiore C e poifissarloconlevitiautofilettantiH.

Quandovienedataalimentazioneallabarriera,ilricevitorerilevaautomatica-mentequantifasciinfrarossosonopresenti.Questaoperazioneduraqualchesecondo,dopodichè,perprovare ilcorretto funzionamentodellabarrierasututti i fascidi infrarossobastaoscurare l’ultimo fasciooppuregliutlimi2 (sitrovanodallaparteoppostaallamorsettiera)sesilavoraconilDIP2inONecontrollare che l’uscita allarme commuti di stato dopo il ritardo impostato con ilDIP1.
Il ledalcentrodelprimomoduloricevitore indica lostatodiallarmequandorestaaccesofisso,mentre,selampeggia,indicalaqualitàdelsegnale.

6 Risoluzione dei problemi
PROBLEMA:Labarrieraèmontatainambienteinternooesternoevainallarmesenzachevengaoscuratoalcunfascio.SoluzIone:Sel’allineamentodellabarrieraècorretto,controllareseilricevitoreèallineatofrontalmenteconunafortesorgente di luce come il sole od un faretto oppure un altro dispositivo infrarosso.
PROBLEMA:nonsiriesceadottenereunabuonaqualitàdelsegnale.SoluzIone: Sel’allieamentoècorretto,verificaresel’impostazionelenteepotenzasultrasmettitoreèadattaalladistan-zatràtrasmettitoreericevitore(veditabella).

1 Installation
1.1 DrillingoftheCOVERS

1.2 SetupoftheTRANSMITTERThe transmitter is the module where the lenses are installed (seepicture):
• Black lenses are used in case where other module applica-tionsareavailable(antitheftuse).
• Trasparent lenses are used outside where the range up is morethan8mt:payattentionincasewhenotherbarriersareavailable because they can interfere.
SET UP OF THE POWER To select the power, set the dip as shown.
We suggest to use the high power outside or when you need a big range up.
The terminal boards for the connections are in the end of the module:
• Pole 1 is the positive and Pole 2 is the negative, thebarriercanbepoweredwith12/24Vac/dc.
• Poles 3 and 4 are for the antitheft contact of tamper contact. This contact is closed when the polycarbonated part is installed and it is open when the part has been moved.
• Pole 5 isfortheEBBUSDataSystem.

• The pre-caving hole A is for the cables.
• The hole B has to be drilled from inside just to insert the cables in the barrier or for drainage in case of condensation.

It is important that the receiver and transmitter are aligned for the best reception of the signal. When the alignment is not good, the barriercan’tworkproperly.Payattentionforthereceiverofthedirect sun-light.
Even If the sensors of the receiver are totally protected from light, thesun-lightintheholeofthesensorscanprovoquetheobscu-ration and the alarm of the barrier.
We suggest to install the receiver to avoid this phenomenon. In case of installation of more couples of barriers, check the alignment of the receiver .

drainage hole in the lower part of the cover C.5. Beforemaketheconnectionsofthebarrierandthen
plug the covers B and C in the barrier A. Plug the co-versandtakeoffthecableinexcess.

4 Operation of the barrier
