Do you like the idea of having a Postcard Pen Pal during this time?Would you like to meet someone from a different walk of life to you?

The Northern Beaches Dementia Alliance in collaboration with Your Side Australia are coordinating a local Pen Pal project. This project involves connecting children under the age of 18 and older people over the age of 65 in our community to send postcards to one another.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

If you are interested in getting involved or registering on behalf of someone else, just email dementiafriendly@yourside.org.au or fill in your details below so we can get in contact with you.

Then a welcome pack with your Pen Pal’s bio, post cards and stamps will be sent to your home. To protect your privacy and confidentiality, only first names will be shared between both parties.
