Po"ice Station and P&'A conducted a search on the house of
esus Saunar in(arangay )ina"e, Po"angui, A"bay on Septe$ber *+,

• (efore the search tea$ arrived, Reyna"do Posiuit, Saunar,
Ricardo /orada and /y"a
&e"a Cru0 1ere inside Saunar2s house engaged in an activity
1hich see$ed "i3e a potsession.
• 4pon the arriva" of the search tea$2s vehic"es in front of
Saunar2s house, Posiuit and
the others sca$pered to1ards the bac3 of the ad5acent house.
Whi"e atte$pting toescape, Posiuit thre1 his 1a""et a1ay. 6o1ever,
$e$bers of the search tea$ caughtup 1ith Posiuit and, thereupon,
recovered his 1a""et 1hich contained three s$a""p"astic sachets
containing 1hite crysta""ine substances.
• /ean1hi"e, the other $e$bers of the search tea$, after sho1ing
the search 1arrant
to Saunar and his 1ife, proceeded to conduct the search.
• The search yie"ded, a$ong others, three s$a"" p"astic
sachets and one big p"astic bag
containing 1hite crysta""ine substances and a stic3 of dried
marijuana "eaves. Afterthe search 1as co$p"eted, the search
tea$ prepared a receipt of the ite$s sei0ed1hich 1as signed by the
$e$bers of the search tea$ and Saunar. Pictures of thesei0ed ite$s
1ere thereafter ta3en. The petitioner and Saunar 1ere then brought
tothe po"ice station.
