Schlagel closing wheels comes in place of the original closing wheels. Schlagel closing wheels are available for all
planters on the market.
Schlagel closing wheels have been designed to work as good in no-till as in reduced tillage or conventional, and to
prevent planting problems in wet conditions.
Their unique design enable to apply greater pressure on the seed trench without having compaction of
the seed trench or crusting.
Posi-Close Planter Wheels will leave soft mulch on top of the seedbed to prevent crusting and baking. Posi Close Wheels will not leave any smearing or extreme compaction which is always coupled with use of regular rubber wheels. No need to worry about the seed trench opening back up with our wheels because there will be no seed trench. With the patented “horizontal rod” design, and with a wide ground path, Posi-Close Wheels will literally destroy the seed trench.
Posi-close wheels also have a wider path than standard wheels, to improve furrow closing while planting on hills, the wheels doesn’t slip into the furrow.

How To Move Trash Without Plugging When PlantingA New Solution For An Old ProblemSunco’s Trash Discs Solve the Problems of Farming in Trash A concave disc, when placed at an angle, will turn easily and flow material to the side. Concavity, along with Sunco’s unique tooth design, allows the trash discs to contact material in the seed bed, then flow and release it between the rows. This tooth design also prevents the concave disc from plowing into the soil. Sunco also separates the lead and trail discs. This is very important, because when just moving trash, trash is all that turns the discs. If they are competing for the same stalk, root balls, or residue, they will stop turning and plug. The separation of the two discs allows each disc to move material and not compete with the other disc for the same material.
