Conceptual master plan of the 10.37-acre site includes:
• Approximately 355 residential units (apartments and possibly
live/work units)
• 62,000 square feet of retail space
• 200,000 square feet of commercial office space
• 160 room hotel (including retail, restaurant and event and support
office space)
• Potential reuse of approximately 36,600 square feet of existing
