2016 BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Call to speak to our Christmas co-ordinators
who will advise on availability of your chosen event.
2. A non-refundable, non-transferable pre payment
of £15 per person, with written confirmation
is required to confirm your booking.
3. A non-refundable, non-transferable pre payment
of £5 per person, is required for festive lunches.
4. Full payment is required four weeks before
the event, together with menu selections.
5. Christmas Day Lunch & New Year’s Eve
bookings require a £25.00 pre payment.
6. Multi cheques/credit cards payments are not
acceptable for one party. Only one method
of payment is acceptable.
7. To ensure a balanced table plan, smaller parties
may be seated on tables of 12 The Hotel reserves
the right to amalgamate Christmas events to
ensure minimum numbers.
8. In the event of any function being cancelled
by the hotel, an alternative date will be offered.
9. When the hotel has contracted entertainment
through a third party we have done so in good faith
and will not be held responsible for any changes
beyond our control, this includes any act of god
or crisis situation.
10. Prices Include current V.A.T. rate @ 20%.
11. Accommodation pre payment is required
